11/24 - I came in with a specific request. Was informed that it could be done and I would receive an email with a draft to approve. I had about a 3 week deadline at this point. 12/2 - 1st proof attempt incorrect 12/3 - I emailed more examples to reference 12/4 - Response 12/5 - Shirt proof ok, jacket is not 12/9 - Still nothing 12/10 - Proof for jacket approved 12/11 - Come in for pick up and the jacket is wrong. Damaged as well. *waited an hour for them to come up with a make shift fix. The jacket was ruined. My son is in the Navy and they knew that. I had one chance to make this jacket right. It had already been altered to fit him. This jacket was for his Wedding day on 12/22!! My son flies in and refuses to wear the jacket. I hunt around town and finally found one that we have no option but to use. My son is 6'3" and thin. It's not easy to find suit jackets to fit him. I then emailed to find a way to resolve the matter and was informed that all they could do to help me out is refund me $10 for the cost of the print. Horrible!! read more

Spent my time & fuel to get to their facility to get 2 jerseys embroidered only to find out that they have a dozen item minimum for this service. Not your typical embroidery shop. Do wish they would of noted that on their advertising. Call before if you go like I did. read more

I went to Express Graphics in December of 2019 to have my vehicle wrapped with my company logo. The owner took measurements of my van. I submitted images to the owner. The owner promised me that he would get back with a quote. I contacted the owner again in January 2020 requesting a quote. I asked the owner over phone," you don't do business with African Americans?The owner said he would give me a call. This is February 2020 and I'm still waiting for a phone call. It's not hard to see that all of the statements of people having a wonderful experience are not African Americans. read more
