Damaged as well. *waited an hour for them to come up with a make shift fix. The jacket was ruined. My son is in the Navy and they knew that. I had one chance to make this jacket right. It had already been altered to fit him. This jacket was for his Wedding day on 12/22!! My son flies in and refuses to wear the jacket. I hunt around town and finally found one that we have no option but to use. My son is 6'3" and thin. It's not easy to find suit jackets to fit him. I then emailed to find a way to resolve the matter and was informed that all they could do to help me out is refund me $10 for the cost of the print. Horrible!!

Unfortunately, the constant delays and lack of progress made this a very frustrating experience.

Brian communicated with me throughout the entire process. He was kind, quick, and efficient. I appreciated the updates; first about the dress alteration, and then when it would be ready. The communication truly made this an exceptional experience.
