So, in a pinch, I got on Yelp and made one phone call to American T's. Dorie picked up the phone at about 3:30 pm on a Tuesday, for shirts that absolutely had to be ready by Friday night. I thought it would be impossible, but after talking to Dorie she thought she could make it work. We were emailing back and forth late that night to set up the design. In fact, she talked me out of my initial design because she thought she could save us some money with a similar golf polo for half the price! We just picked up the shirts (Friday afternoon) and they look great. The team is really excited to have them. She really didn't have to work so hard for the order - it was our mistake to leave it to the last minute, but she made sure it happened. It was refreshing to work with a company that took such pride in their work, thanks again!

I evan gave him an example of what I was looking for. I also gave him the the names of the players I wanted on the shirt. I gave him my e-mail address, so he could send me some examples for me to approve. I also gave him my cell phone number so he could contact me if needed. Well today is March 2nd and I never heard back from him. The worst part of this experience is that I have 13 youth basketball players that did not receive shirts to celebrate their outstanding season.
