We've been coming here to get shirts for our organization for a while now. This was personally my first experience with them and they far exceed my expectations!! I had trouble digitally designing the logo for our shirt and didn't know how to make the quality better to be suitable for printing. The team here helped me out SO much and was able to fix our digital issues and work with us. I honestly would not have been able to do it without their help. They were super friendly, helpful AND were very quick with responding (which was super important because we had a deadline). Its a small business so their attention to customer service couldnt have been any better. We had about 50 shirts finished well before the deadline and the quality is amazing! We get so many compliments on our shirts and you can tell that the printing will last a long time even after being washed. We have been using My City Screen Printing for the past 6 print jobs. Our first was a zip up hood with print down the sleeves , front and back 3 color designs. This job came out to look excellent. We did a handful of T -shirts and tank tops after that that came out with a very clean look. So our last one and most recent was yesterday and it was a St. Pattys day design that looks sharp its a white shirt that has a custom green that he mixed up to make the shirt pop. I just noticed his new website where you can make and design your own business cards and stickers . I've been using My City Screen Printing for about 6 months now and am very very pleased with the service and the product. I've coordinated with Richie over the course of weeks, which turned to months, in order to get a single order of shirts done and he was patient and professional the entire time. He had other clients to print for at the time, but even under the pressure of a last minute deadline I gave him he came through for me and my classmates. I'm in Southwestern's Paramedic Class, and you can see the design he and I worked out in the pictures above. He was receptive and supportive of my ideas but he kept my ideas grounded, especially when they got out-of-hand and unrealistic. I was challenged to find a better deal online with companies that try to fool you with the fine print and shipping but after adding up all the numbers and not being able to talk to a real person about my ideas I decided to stick with MCSP. I'm so happy with the design we, along with 30 other free-thinking minds in my class, came up with and the shirts it was placed on still continue to surprise me. The shirts have not faded, the collars are still tight and smooth, no threads have been frayed or lost, and the print itself is still bright, intact and smooth after...5 months now. I don't know how many washes that adds up to but it does add-up to one satisfied customer. The best part is that he told me to expect this kind of quality from him and he completely lived up to his word.
