The logo was placed crooked and was not centered properly on ALL the shirts. Either the person printing is blind or purposely did a piss poor job. I only needed 1 color printed on the shirt and the quality of the screen print was poorly done as a lot of shirts edges looked rigid. The process was horrid once I had my quote done. The instant I gave them the green light to start printing, I received an email of the sample shirt and the picture was blurry! I had to messaged them to send me a proper picture! I'm pretty sure I was over charged since I provided my own shirts but it was still ridiculously pricey. I even double check with a worker there and the worker claimed it was fine. Also, I was told on the phone they do not issue refunds! If you want a professional product done by a professional business, DO NOT COME HERE.

All four came out different and 3 of the 4 are what I would call messy. I had a shirt monogrammed with my company name a few years ago. I brought the shirt in and showed the person. I told them, I want exactly the same thing on the shirt I had just bought. When I picked it up, it was the same letters but didn't even look half as good. The original had clean edges and bright white. I would see this one looked like someone that has just started to do this kind of work. Never again will I come back to this place.

I received a large, unusually shaped print as a gift, and that was too much for the…read morenationally-branded framing operations like Michael's. So I started looking for local options, and I found the Frameshop in Clemmons. I saw positive reviews of the place on Google, and thought I'd give them a try. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly enough, but if I had not known what options might be best for me (such as UV glass to protect the print) I would have been left wanting, for he hardly offered any help or expertise. I was told to expect a call at least one week later. My product was ready for pickup in about two weeks. The wooden frame itself looked good. The mounting of the print was not what I'd hoped for though, with wrinkles present in several locations. I also found a dark black hair trapped beneath the glass in a quite obvious location. The quality of the product was not in line with the price I paid, so I don't think I will trust them with any future work. By comparison, I've also had framing work done by a place called Hampton House in King, and while those projects were not large format they were perfectly done. I wish I'd gone back there instead.
