Mon I went by and got the needed info about price and if the project could be done. Came in on Tues and there was a new lady who was rude and unfriendly. I left my very important papers and asked if I was going to be given some sort of paper showing I am leaving my very important documents over night and was told no. I told them to please call when ready but instead they emailed the scanned leases to my mortgage broker and sent two huge files. One even bounced back . The whole reason I paid to have the pages scanned here is so they wouldn't be so huge. After I got the embarrassing call that I did the documents wrong I started to worry my papers were going to be lost and I had nothing to even show I left them. Well thankfully in morning I called and they redid the scanning and sent them correctly. When I went back it the same lady who was very unfriendly and seemed irritated that I even wanted to get the service was there. I need to get 2 pages scanned to same email but was told that it would have to be given to the people who do scanning. So I couldn't get 2 pages scanned unless I was willing to drive back later today. This is ridiculous so I drove all the way to fed ex to get 2 pages scanned. I am disappointed that Sir speedy printing doesn't seem to care enough to help a customer or even say thank you for my business so I guess we will just drive to Fed ex where I have always been treated in a professional manner.
