He has great technical background and will actually troubleshoot to diagnose the problem to the very component. Steve, who happened to be an expert on the subject, was happy to join the conversation and gave lots of advise about where the challenges are how to know good quality from bad quality.. he also gave us his card just in case we decided project was too much for DIY'er. well, as it happened.. after much review & knowledge gaining we decided this DIY project might be beyond us.. so we gave Steve a call :) on detail discussion i think our background research on pools & transformative backyard projects really helped because we were able describe accurately what products we wanted to use, how the design build would be for the landscape and our overall end vision. Steve was able to walk through our backyard with us, in the middle of that bad snow storm we had back in January, hash the details and propose a pool installation plan that would match what we were after. A few months later when the ground thawed Steve & team were back to begin the project. Steve was ever present to over see his team and rolled up his sleeves to jump in (literally) and help with the pool install when needed. His team was highly competent and a pleasure to have around the yard for the four days they were here. Interestingly.. when we had our pool inspected by the City the inspector asked who installed our pool. When I said Steve from Rosy Rec. the inspector responded "oh, good". I took that as a vote of confidence! I couldn't recommend Rosy Recreational more for your backyard pool installation project.

We've always used a different company in Stratford for our hot tub maintenance and supplies…read more However we weren't happy with their service any longer. We started buying our supplies from Bosco's a while ago, and liked the people who worked there. They help out the community. We called them up to have them come take a look at the hot tub. We told them the problem was with the LED panel on the front. They came over and pulled the front of the hot tub off to get the model number and told me they would price up the part, and a few other things we wanted and left. We ordered it and the part was in quite quickly. The guys came over to install it, and not too long after, there was a rap at the door. "Has this always been like this?" I told him that it was never great, and kept getting worse until we couldn't read it anymore. He told me... When he looked closely at it, something seemed off. So he carefully peeled back the sticker with the English control labels, and under it, he found the PROTECTIVE SHIELD on the LED screen. You know, the plastic film on electronics. So after a few months the water gradually seeped under in the plastic got more and more yellow in hard until we could go longer see through it. When the other company replaced it, about two years ago, they had left it on, and the sticker they applied covered the edges. We never would've known the difference. The guys from BOSCO give you faith in people again.
