Fantastic service and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They helped me with a passport photo then to mail my application. The man who helped me caught that I had signed my passport application with blue ink. The form states everything needs to be in black ink. He helped me fix it. As I'm expediting the passport application I appreciated the catch since it could have slowed the process down. My photos were also attractive. Much better than DMV or other places I've been. What an awesome place to find that truly has the best customer service! Both gentlemen helped me with a lot of Christmas presents to mail! They truly looked at all my options to ship out of state! They gave me a discount due to living by King Soopers on Pace St. They have coupons on the back of the King Soopers! I will now always go to Express It Mail Center to mail anything out! I come here every time I need a notary. Just like the previous owners, the new owner, Bidosh, is very professional and very kind. The store is a great place if you forgot a birthday and need to buy a small and unique gift and get it in the mail quickly, or if you need routine postal services (USPS, FedEx, etc). Besides offering every kind of mailing supply you can imagine, they also make keys. I've been self employed for 25+ years, and it's hard to find a shipping and business support center this well run. Although this is not the closest place to my home, I an happy to drive a few extra miles for the top-notch service. read more

I made the mistake of going to 2 other stores in the area: UPS Store in Gunbarrel and FedEx in Longmont. Both are unorganized, unprofessional, understaffed, and should be avoided. Express It, on the other hand, is excellent. A locally owned small business that provides good service while being friendly and professional. I needed docs notarized, and was shellshocked at how terrible my experience at the UPS Store had been. Went to Express It, and they were great. I appreciate that your business has a variety of products, including boxes in many different sizes. I also try and support local businesses whenever I can. I bought a box without checking the price (my fault) and assumed there would be a reasonable markup. However, you charge $7.25 for a single 16"x12"x8" box. Those can be purchased for $1.00 online. I suppose that is the price of convenience. That price point makes it difficult to bring you my business on a regular basis. There are numerous local resellers and customers that need speciality box sizes. Not trying to be snarky, just offering feedback and questions why you have a 700% markup. Thanks read more

We will never go back. The notary screwed up both of our forms, writing my name in place of his own and then having to cross it out. Throughout this lengthy process my husband was trying to entertain our 11 month old by showing her around the store. When he held up a wooden coaster to entertain her, the lady who worked there snapped at them saying "those aren't toys!" When I explained that he was just entertaining my daughter through the time that the notary required, she said "well next time you can bring a toy for her" and I informed her that we would never be coming back. They were hugely inefficient and VERY RUDE. Go anywhere else. read more

I am a local fine artist and have been using other very high end reliable shipping companies to be responsible for safely packaging and shipping my paintings all of the US. Some of my clients were not happy to be charged almost as much as the painting for shipping. I searched everywhere for another reliable shipping source and had no luck until a worker at Lowe's highly recommended Expressit Mail when I was complaining to her about my dilemma. As soon as I went into Expressit I was warmly welcomed by one of the owners Julie. I explained to her what I was looking for in a shipping company and she told me to leave it with her and her husband. Before the day ended I received a call from her husband and he told me that he could do everything I asked which was to ship my paintings for a reasonable price as well as custom building a wooden box for my paintings to be shipped in. I could not believe it when they told me that the price was going to be more than three times cheaper than the other place I was using!!!! Since then I've been using them and they are so trust worthy and reliable and my clients are always happy when they get the neatly made box with their painting safe and sound in it not to mention the reasonable price they had to pay!
