I am very upset with this company. I have COPD and I had reserved a portable oxygen concentrator…read moreand was picking it up on my way to the airport for my nephews Celebration Life in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. First of all when I arrived to pick it up they had me under a different name, the front desk girls were very nice and figured it out by calling out 2 men I assumed may have been the respiratory therapists I had spoken to when I had reserved it. So they got that straight, not a real big deal, that happens. So they bring out this rather large machine that was the size of a Hoover upright vacuum cleaner on wheels. When I say portable I'm thinking of something manageable that you put over your shoulder. This thing came with 2 pretty heavy batteries and 2 battery chargers. So now I have a vacuum cleaner and an extra very heavy bag to drag through the airport with my suitcase and a carry on bag. I told them I was expecting more of a portable that you carry over your shoulder. They said oh for that you need to be evaluated by a respiratory therapist. Had they told me it would be this big thing I would have gone somewhere else or been evaluated for something of reasonable size. There was no way I could manage this but that's all they could give me. Now, I explained to them when I reserved it that I was going to Colorado to an extreme altitude and I knew I would have trouble breathing. That was an understatement!!! So I checked my suitcase but the rest had to be carried on. The vacuum sized machine and my carry on needed to be lifted up into the overhead compartment, the bag of equipment goes under the seat. I'm 70 years old. So I land in Colorado and immediately can't breathe. Now I have to unload off the plane, take a tram and get on and off a shuttle bus to the car rental place. Load it up and drive up into the mountains into the Continental Divide at 11,307 elevation. I get to my hotel and start to unload and am now in serious trouble. I can't make it in least of all with all this stuff. The staff saw me sitting on the ground and came to rescue me. So I survive the 1st night by just sitting still in my room, just going to the bathroom was too much in order to breathe. The next day is the service and I called the troops to help get me in. No now I'm huffing and puffing and turned it up and although it says it goes up to 3 liters it just starts beeping. People are speaking and I'm beeping so I had to turn it off. Next day I'm in the ambulance in respiratory distress. The doctors were appalled with the equipment I was given. I then had to rent another system and was able to put it over my shoulder. It was the size of a good sized book. Apparently the men who I talked to at Aspirus who I assumed were respiratory therapists don't understand about the needs for high altitudes. I'm a nurse and the respiratory therapists I worked with were knowledgeable but not these two. My advice to them is to research breathing in very high altitudes and work with its patients to get them something appropriate. I wonder if this was the first time they ever supplied oxygen for someone traveling to high elevation. I'm just beside myself So it's time to fly home and now I have even more stuff. I can't wait to tell my doctor this and I hope she goes ballistic. So if you need oxygen I would not ever go here again. I don't think they know what they're doing.

The doctor prescribed it a month ago so I can start the new prescription once my old one is done. And this whole time the pharmacy had been waiting for me to call in to inquire about the prescription to start making calls to check for approvals. Very disappointing. The first time it took three weeks until they finally got back to me with an approval and now it'll probably be another three weeks. The nurse told me it'd be ready once my old prescription runs out. Very disappointed with the lack of communication this pharmacy has shown the past year or so that I've been using its services.

Their office manager has been jerking me around for the past 2 weeks trying to get some equipment and is very condescending when talking on the phone. Made a call to the old branch office I've worked with and they had everything taken care of in under 5 minutes. I'll stay a customer of Apria, but will not use this office again. You're better off just calling the 800 number for their main call center (which I would almost never recommend over talking to a local office). Also, I'd 100% recommend their Marshfield office.

I could have taken a way better photo on cell phone. Not worth 17$ While I was getting my photo taken my daughter (16) and son (12) were looking around. They picked up a cheap hula hoop and an employee came up to them and told them "if they weren't going to buy anything they should play with things". They were literally just looking at it. She was very rude. The only reason I gave this two stars instead of one is the man that took my photo was very nice and they do have a good selection of merchandise (even if it is a little overpriced)

Don't even know where to start…read more Being hung up on, never got connected. Five times today. Technician, when we finally got through, was rude and unhelpful. Pharmacist was nice, but ultimately didn't help. Had to call my doctor's office twice to reconcile this matter. Called pharmacy again to make sure they had the required number of pills. Different technician answered, was very rude and finally got to talk to pharmacist. Again, he was polite, but I dread dealing with them every month. We've learned to call before we go as we live almost 1.5 hours away because we've been told they had it, only to arrive and found they were out of the medication. We're thinking that the pharmacy two hours away isn't so bad.
