We scheduled an appointment to have a new pinion seal put on the differential of our Motorhome. We…read morearrived and were helped by Ed in service. Campbell's didn't have our part number so it had to be ordered and we were told they would take care of it first thing in the morning. We were told we could camp out in their parking lot, which we did. About 7:30am we saw the parts truck pull in and by 7:50 our Motorhome was pulled into the bay and work began. We sat in their "waiting room" that was in the same room as the Parts Desk and Service Desk. I watch/listen to people, so I had a front row seat to see and hear what went on. They were busy. I saw a hard working group of people striving to provide excellent, accurate service to their customers. Some were long time customers who had become friends. Regardless of who you were, you were treated with care and respect. There was a camaraderie among the workers. I didn't sense any degrading of anyone. They worked professionally and truly as a team. When our work was done (about 10am), they went over the work that was completed. A couple of hours later we received a call from Ed checking to see if we were happy with the service we received. VERY!!! From Ed & Wayne in Service, to the mechanics that answered some questions to Ron & Joe in Parts - THANK YOU!!
