This location is prime & will definitely get a lot of foot traffic coming in. It's close to the busy intersection of Broadway & Cambie Street. It's a bit nutty down here though with the on-going subway line construction expecting to go live in 2026. Many businesses have closed shop due to the heavy subway construction. So I give full kudos to Smoke 2 Snack for having the cojones to open up here today. I was highly impressed by how well stocked up this store was on opening day. A massive variety of snacks are on the floor here - chips, chocolate, cookies, cereal, pop, etcetera. For those into smoking or vaping, you will find this store stocked up to the hilt. Vape products & all kinds of specialized pipes & bongs are available. There's a select stock of special Kicks on sale as well. Due to the subway line construction, there is no parking available nearby. You may have some luck parking a block or two away on the side streets. Think exotic & import with a twist via international flavours when you walk in here.

Easy to shop in and looks great. Very well thought out. Customer service was knowledgeable and frabkly, excellent by both gentlemen in the store. I was immediately asked if i needed help and was assisted with what i needed and not with what was most expensive. Super happy with my new vape and the different flavors. A younger guy came in and they asked for ID so they are following rules and not selling to underage folks who shouldn't pick up the habit anyway. Service couldn't have been better and pricing is beyond fair, and more reasonable than i was expecting. Will support them in the future for my vape and hookah needs.

In communicating with the Puff staff and manager about the problem, they insisted that they cannot refund me for the device themselves and assured me repeatedly that Pax would be immediately helpful, likely even sending me a new Pax Plus without me sending the defective one back. I have debilitating chronic pain [for 21 years] and am on federal disability benefits. I don't even usually type or text due to pain. The long and the short of this is that Puff won't refund me, Pax insists that I deal with Puff, and I am now left with a $230+ useless device and am out $230+. What kind of business refuses to refund a customer for a defective product? I give Puff ZERO stars.
