Been shopping here for years until today.... Woman rushed the sale and sold me the wrong product, didn't even get to my vehicle and I started reading the box and noticed it's not even remotely what I had went in and asked for, so I walked back in and asked her nicely if she could exchange it or even give store credit because SHE just sold me the wrong item... She just smiles and says no, when I literally wasn't even out the door longer than 3-4 minutes. Crazy how an employees incompetence to know the products they're selling ends up being your fault. Anyway won't burn me again, if you're looking for quality product and customer service to match seriously do yourself a favour and shop anywhere but here. read more

Great smoke shop...one of the best I've found in Vancouver Kind and knowledgeable staff (i wish i knew his name because he is super nice!) Smokers corner has a good selection of Vape mods accessories and kits, they have a great selection of e-juice and they have equipment and accessories for herb and extract smoking/vaping. This is by far the most impressive and well stocked shop of its kind that I've been to in the city. They seem to have everything in lots of varieties and more. I saw that they have those crazy respirator like hoods with a long hose for smoking in every color. Noone else carries those and many other unique items the store has obviously hand chosen to sell there. There is beautiful clean glass cases where everything is displayed so clean and tastefully. I guarantee theyhave everything you need for smoking, vaping, dabbing, snorting, inhaling, and also a wide assortment of cleanses and similar products. The fellow who was behind the counter knew his products and was friendly. I think the prices even seemed fair. Its open until 8:30 so its not as convenient as some others but it makes up for that in so many other ways. Its my new favorite guilty pleasure and I call it a 9. read more

My friend and I were in here last week so she could buy a bong. It was her first major bong purchase so she had a lot of questions. She was so worried about annoying the person working with her questions and indecisiveness, but he was SUPER cool about it, and totally able to help her find the perfect bong. I have been to a lot of smoke shops, and this one is by far my favorite.! I drive out of my way to get here because it is by far the best store I have found. They have the greatest selection, the store is large and clean, they have excellent prices ( and a great deal, if you spend $100 you get a $50 gift) and their staff is friendly and helpful and always willing to spend some time with you to find exactly what you're looking for. (Shout out to Landon for the great help and finding me all the things I was looking for on my last trip! I am super happy with all my awesome purchases.) Went in today and had great customer service. The guy there was very knowledgeable and was not shy to bring out pieces and show them off. I went home soon after with 2 great water pipes (2 for 1 btw!!) Got them out and about to use them for the first time when I see that an attachment piece broke. I called the main office and talked to a nice guy who said to take it back and swap it out. I went back and sure enough, without any hassle I got a replacement. Terrible experience with this store. Not only did they sell me a product that they claimed was a vaporizer (the Snoop G-Pen- the coil touches the herb so it is not a proper vape, and I informed the fellow working that I needed it for respiratory issues) but they refused to help me when the product stopped working after two weeks. I contacted the manufacturer to go through with the warranty and they at first told me I had a counterfeit device. Upon attempting to rectify this with the store itself they were very unhelpful. I called twice and was promised a call back from the manager but was not helped until I called their main office. I went there personally and they refused to help me again, or to give out the manager's contact information to help me. It was only after contacting the Smokers Corner customer service (twice) that anyone helped me. First of all- know your product and don't bs customers that say they have a respiratory illness. Second- managers might want to actually have some contact with their customers if they spend over 100$ on a product that immediately breaks. In my opinion, avoid this company and Grenco Science. I've learned my lesson. read more
