i just had my septic system serviced by Express and they did a wonderful job. the service tech was the best and the customer service was top notch. First off they were on time when they scheduled my appointment and then the technician was very thorough in explaining to me what he was doing and made sure to tell me how to maintain my system and answered any questions i had about the service being performed. i highly recommend this company for your septic needs. Not sure about the work that was done at one of my rental properties but when I called to ask a question regarding the bill the owner was very rude to me when i asked why there was a $75 service fee, $15 gas fee PLUS $125 for 1 hour of the plumbers time, plus parts. $279 for less than one hours worth of work and parts were $64. Then he tried insulting me saying he doesn't think I have the money to pay the bill. I will never do business with them again and suggest you do the same. I had them come out to replace faucett in shower and they spent 1 hour and 3.00 in parts and cost me 400.00 to soldewr 4 pipes. They wanted 2500.00 to set a toilet pipe and tub pipe. They are totally a rip off and have yet to see if this guy's work is not leaking. He didn't even know the spickot fro the overflow valve. DO NOT USE. read more

Called Express Plumbing & Septic as a second opinion. We had just paid another company over 2K, told we should be good with our field line issue. Well within 11 days, the water from the tank was backing up again through the basement drains. Called them back, they immediately returned and then stated the entire field line system needed to be replaced. If you know septic tanks, you know this is not cheap, quoted 12-15K. So we wanted to get a second opinion, so called Express. Well that was not the issue as stated, and they questioned they work the first company claimed to do, which we had already questioned to ourselves. (long story) We went with Express to do the work, the issue was a clog from the house to the tank and cost another $2500, the tank also had to be pumped since not done the first time by the previous company. They completed the work on December 17, 2020 and we've had no additional issues. Thankful we got a second opinion. read more

They fixed it temporarily and were out bright and early Saturday morning to pump the tank out. I was extremely happy with the people and the work that they did. Called around and got prices from various companies to have our septic tank emptied. Prices varied from $250-525 with some companies having extra fees or charges for various things. Called Express back a second time and asked about ANY extra fees or charges and was informed by Wayne that there were NO extra costs and that it would be $375 flat-rate for a 1500 gallon tank. He sends guys out to pump the tank and it was almost full. Was THEN informed that there would be an EXTRA $150 FEE. What choice do I have ??? It HAS to be done. Called back to talk to Wayne and he said they just did what any other company would have done COMPLETELY disregarding the fact that he previously stated that there were NO extra fees or charges and we would pay $375, PERIOD. We had an immediate need for an established and experienced plumber. Express Plumbing had several good reviews and we really did not have time to entertain multiple appraisals. I will say they were good plumbers and were able to get us back to normal in less time than initially told. After the fact, we found we could have gotten this job done for about 70% cheaper had we entertained appraisals from other plumbers. Sometimes you don't have those options, but I recommend getting these 2nd & 3rd appraisals. Express was fairly honest on the FREE appraisal that included 2 Plumbers & a Plumber's assistant for installing a new water line from the meter to the house. Although they did a good job and completed in roughly 75% of the time estimated, they still charged the customer for more time than it took to complete the job. This was not acceptable. Express adjusted the original invoice down a couple of thousand dollars, but they really had no choice because they only used 1 Plumber and 1 Plumber assistant. Furthermore, Express offered a 5% senior discount that would have applied to us but they never mentioned it again and it was not on the final invoice. In the end, we were very happy with the work performed, we just had issues with being charged for time that was not billed properly. When you quote a customer a specific amount of time to perform a job, if you finish early the customer should benefit with a lower total invoice than initially quoted. read more

I was having issues with my Septic tank getting blocked every couple of months, causing me to lose $300 every time because other companies would come and just jet the issue hoping to unstick the block. I had Tyler and his crew come around and they got into the septic tank and assessed a slightly bigger problem, which the other companies hadn't bother to do. Tyler has now given me a much more long term solution and a lot more confidence in my septic tank. DO NOT USE! They were hired to remove old toilet and install a nice new toilet; The Owner "Wayne" gave my father the quote and set to go. Toilet was already purchased by my dad from Lowes. Quote for price was written and owner assured my dad the job would be done in one day. Mainly because both my parents are in their mid 80's and we need that bathroom. Some piping work had to be done as well. Plumber comes to the house and begins the work. About mid day plumber tells my dad he is called to go to another job? WTH???? Plumber had about another 2 hours to complete this job and off he goes. Again owner quoted job will be done in ONE day; and why not it was a toilet install. So next day plumber returns around 3ish to complete the work; however as with alot of plumbing jobs in OLDER homes their can be complications. Long story short- Plumber finished the job around 7ish that evening. SO OWNER decides to tell my father it will cost more bc it took his employee longer to complete the the job. My father contacted me and I told DO NOT PAY any additional amount than the quote installed. My dad told him "NO, I'm not paying", the OWNER scream and cursed my dad over the phone. The owner has some serious issues to treat; 1st an older senior in this manner and 2nd- the OWNER quoted the price and quoted job will be completed in one day. THE OWNER created the over time for his own EMPLOYEE! so SERIOUSLY DON'T DO BUSINESS with them! read more

I Called Express Plumbing after receiving a $300 water bill. They were able to get someone out the same day and he quickly found the issue. I had a leaky water pipe in my crawl space. The repair price was a little high but I also called on a Saturday afternoon and they completed the repair on a Sunday. I'm sure if I had waited until Monday and scheduled the repair it would have been less but who knows what other costs I would have incurred from the delay. read more

I am totally disabled in a wheelchair I called them on Thursday they came out Wayne the owner and tell me is $475 for this part the was in a plumber out in an for hour he sent two young guys out here to put a part on and it still did not they argue back-and-forth with me what to charge me 1300 to fix it after I already paid $475 this company play games they going to tell me to unplug the hot water heater and plug it up every time I take a shower Cody the worker and I'm totally disabled C-5 c6 spinal cord injury quadriplegic totally disabled Spinal cord injury in the wheelchair had to call my son over to talk to him over the phone m to explain to him there's no hot water in the master bedroom once again he refused to give me a refund and hung the phone up in my face Wayne the owner is a very untrustworthy, liar and they plotted to take a vantage of me because I'm disabled he knew the PC charge me for wasn't going to fix the hot water want to come up with all these explanation and the job is not fixed! The two guys plumbers walked all through the house instead of axing where is the Kitching where is the bathroom just to turn on the water and see if it's hot when clearly they could to say it to my son can you please turn on the water to see if it's hot in her bathroom they wanted to walk all over my house to try to calculate how much to charge me to come back and say oh we can fix it for 1300 or maybe $1000 these people are not professionals I still have no hot water running in my master bathroom bathroom In fact is worse my sink am I miss the back bathroom barely has any pressure is barely running! read more
