I was then told that instead of the $120 call out fee it would now be $280 even though it is not my fault that noone showed up and I was not contacted. When calling to complain of the inadequate job, Kyle verbally abused us over the phone. They have no capacity to work in the trade, and even less to own their reckless actions or account for the destruction they leave.
