Tough reading those reviews from long ago…read more.. Being with this company for many years has shown me that even with the growing pains some have experienced and voiced here, paints an incomplete picture of what really goes on there. They are truly family oriented. Operating with love and care, they really know how to take care of their employees. That is for certain. What really impressed me about this company is when Covid-19 hit. Layoffs? NOPE! Not here. We were all offered to turn our full time into part time. I worked three on- three off for the majority of when the world outlook seemed pretty dark. This company stayed open and essential. Office1 helped us keep food on the table and a roof over our heads. I have never heard of any other place of work that does that for their people. I could go on and on with my laundry list of reasons for my writing here today; but, hoping this will stick out enough to show that, like with life, with downs, there are ups, and with that experience, comes evolution. If I could give them 10 STARS I would. I will forever be grateful for everything Office1 has done for me and my family.

We have been clients of Office1 for nearly a decade and decided to upgrade our printer. The sales…read morerep we worked with, Mark Otero, was helpful in the sales process but left us in a predicament after the delivery. Part of the deal was to take away the older copier we purchased from them as a trade in. But Mark stated after the fact he marked it on the paperwork as "trade in and leave", meaning there is nothing to trade in and the prior copier is left in our possession. We are now stuck with the choice of attempting to dispose of an extremely heavy machine or pay an additional $225 to have Office1 pick it up. I would not recommend doing business with a company whose employees conduct themselves with substandard ethics.

Had a very painful experience with this company. On March 16th 2015 I sent an email with an order…read morefor business cards. I didn't hear back from them, so on the 18th I sent an email asking for confirmation the order was received. They replied that same day with a pleasant, "Yes we got it, thank you!" Two weeks later on Aril 3rd I emailed them again: "Hey guys! Everything okay over there? We've used you guys many time before and usually the turn around is really fast - sometimes even same day. But we're going on two weeks with these business cards and my client is giving us grief. Can I get the finished up? Thanks!" They got back to me that same day: "Hi Dear! Sorry for the confusion here. Everything is fine here and I don't know why you didn't get any response from us that we don't do 75 business cards. Specially when they are embossed and raised." Fair enough. And they called me "dear", which is kinda nice. But still, two whole weeks I was waiting on something that wasn't going to happen. I replied: "So what is the minimum number of cards I would need to order?" They replied that same day with: "For something like you ask me to do at least 250. It wouldn't be cheap either. Your best bet is 1000. Thanks kian" Honest. I appreciated that. So I replied that same day: "The client will probably be willing to order that many, but they're going to want to know what they look like in advance before dropping that kind of money. Is there any way we can get a sample before printing off 1000?" 3 days later I wrote back: "Can I get some feedback here?" Later that day my boss got involved and emailed them: "Hey guys! I'm not sure what the issue is, but we need to know whether you guys can do this for us so that we can look for someone else if needed. Hope to hear from you soon. Please reply all so we can all see your response. Thank you." No reply. Maybe they're busy, but there is not excuse for this. Too much misinformation, waiting, ignored emails. At the end of it all, no cards. A total of about three weeks of waiting.
