Even with a line building up, she stayed organized, kept things moving, and handled each customer with patience and professionalism. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing good service. That said, it was clear she could use additional support--she was managing the entire line on her own, which isn't fair given how busy it was. Overall, great customer service from Dimika. USPS would benefit from having more staff during peak times to match the level of service she's providing on her own.

This US post office is the closest to my house in the Sky Canyon area. There is not enough workers to take care of everyone that comes in to deal with their shipments, especially around the afternoon. Prices are constantly going up. I do believe they have walk-ins on certain days for passports. The last time I was there, they also mentioned that stamps are going up next month in July. Overall, customer service is normally really good.

Although it is small, it also offers most all of the other services provided by a regular FedEx Office location. This means you can send and receive faxes, ship packages, access the Internet, remotely print, and even have presentation materials prepared for you. The staff member on duty when I arrive to print something was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though it was extremely crowded I had no problem taking care of the work that I needed to do. This is an extremely convenient location for a FedEx and unusual among all of the other hotels on the Strip. I would actually recommend going here rather than a regular location if you are nearby because not that many people actually know about it.

USPS is my go to, but they close early, ups also is known to close early, lo and behold, FedEx was open till 8pm and I made it in the last person before closing! The lowest shipping they had was 2 days for $16.. normally at usps, it's 5 days for $10-$12... so not bad with the price difference! Good customer service too very professional staff! They do things differently at FEDEX!
