When the lease was about to end they put a sign in our yard making it known that the house was up for rent. I had probably 10-15 people come up to my door telling me that no one was picking up the phone and then would ask if I could show the house. I would show them the house and then call Century 21 to let them know that some potential tenants had come to the house and that they were trying to get more information on the house. I felt like I basically worked for century 21 that last month. Don't expect to get much of your deposit back either (no what condition the house is in), but do expect it to get mailed to the wrong address or receive it late.

They want to blame you for everything in reality, this house was never taken care of and the day we moved in, it was infested with ants due to a overgrown tree pushing up against the fence that was pushed up into the brick which caused a huge open space behind the oven that allowed the ants a way in. The garage has issues with shutting-good luck there! The hired company to fix it agreed they are tight when it comes to fixing things. The garage has never been updated or replaced it's from the original installation, so from the 80s. Holes in the doors from previous tenants. The fence is falling apart even when putting in work orders to be fixed. Skunk and opossum are in the yard alot due to the broken fence. The worst thing about this company is their lack of concern for their tenants. It's all about money. My husband was opening the attic (in garage) to get something and all the sudden piles of old lanolium fell out along with pieces of the ceiling ! Thankfully my son had gone inside, otherwise he would have been hit. It wasn't installed right and they shouldn't have ever put old heavy stuff up there! Even the guy they hired to look at the damage said it wasn't our fault and wasn't properly installed. He called us today just to tell us the company was trying to put the blame on us, but he insisted it wasn't anything we did. Crooked untrustworthy company! It also took us numerous calls just to get them to do something about the huge hole in the ceiling. The worst part is, they have NO pride when it comes to their properties. Its all about money! With this gaping hole, they still had "showings" of the house. Thankfully, my husband let's the "future " tenants know how awful the company is when they come for a "viewing". It's quite rediculous they even show it, while we're here. Do not sign the 30 day move out application either. Do what we did and write up your own! Hidden fees are in there along with giving them permission to just pop in as many times as they want to to show the house. By law, they must give 24 hour notice!!! :) They charge you crazy fees! Absurd really. 100.00 for a toilet paper roll? 200.00 for a picture of the house? 350.00 for carpet cleaning? 500.00 for new blinds? I mean, the list goes on and on!! So much more I could share, but I wont. Please do yourself a BIG favor and do NOT go to them! We thought they were a great "Christian " company at first glance, using their schemey ways, putting up scripture all over the office and all, but be advised that they are deceivers. She moved out after a year and left the house in good shape. The second year, a group of 3 friends college rented our home. They had issues being punctual with the rent, some months they were behind coming up with the rent. The accounting was off. I contacted Rognas property manager Susanne many times to deal with this and she said they would have Anna look at it. I tried emailing front office and even said I would terminate contract, no response. After a few emails, and time passing, saying she didn't know about the accounting and would let Ana know, I texted Ana. She said she would take a look at the books. She finally talked to the tenants and they started paying the rent on time. No late charges were ever assessed against the tenant though contract said it would be late after the 5th of the month. The tenants gave notice and the property was the vacant for almost 15 days and there was no movement. I decided to sell property after seeing a new contract from them charging a higher percentage + additional fee for renewal each year. . They notified me that they needed 30 days to finalize the books. Really? It was released a week before the 30 days but why hold up the property if it was empty? It would have been a good token to do that. The property was left dirty (see pictures) and I had to pay $450 to clean it. I have not heard if they reimbursed the tenants the deposit or keep it? I do not seek to reimbursed because it is a headache to me. I rather take it and just give a review. I am not a demanding person, I am flexible and patient but businesses need to take care of their clients well. I firmly believe this. I do have all emails and correspondence saved for reference but don't find necessary to list here. This review is similar to here and other reviews of Yelp which were more emotive but agree that communication is terrible, customer service terrible, book keeping is terrible. I would not recommend at all.
