I…read morestill had the tags on, provided all necessary info and was told he would have a new one ordered. Almost 4 weeks went by I heard nothing so I reached out and was told I was denied because we didn't have it delivered... the delivery fee was so high and a month out til we could get it so we picked it up a few days later and the damage was there prior to getting it in my house. Not to mention my couch and love seat were not covered or protected at the store. I saw I am not the only one to have had this happen. So disappointing.
