Although Sam rectified that situation, I realized about a month later that the crew wasn't coming out during my scheduled lawn care days. This business is much larger than what it appears from roadside view as it has a large footprint that extends outward from the road. During our first visit here we ending up purchasing a large assortment of floral arrangements for a family members funeral which we were very pleased with the end product which they delivered and help arrange upon arrival and not departing the church until we were fully happy with the presentation. The staff were so helpful and provided excellent suggestions as we gave them a broad outline of what we were looking for and helped us tune it into the final presentation. These flowers were a wonderful send off for our loved one and recieved numerous complements from the people who attended the mass. Aside from the flowers, I also purchased some specialty fertilizer while there, Jacks Petunia fertilizer, which is a specialty item not sold in most stores. The cost was $14 and was less than what I had paid for my Amazon lowest cost option I had bought previously for the same product. Nice! Overall if gardening is a passion for you than you should defiantly check this business out as you will not be disappointed. DLC responded quickly with an estimate, and after asking friends about it I was told it was a good deal. So I responded that I would like to use their service and an email was sent with a link to pay, which made it a breeze, and set up a weekly appointment during this rainy month of May. They came the same day I paid, and did a terrific job considering what I'd tried to do (it was bad) and the lawn looks great. I will put up pictures when the lawn looks a little better, because I'd tried to use an electric mower that wouldn't adjust properly so some spots are awful. Anyway, great job, guys! I contacted DLC's through YELP and their response was instantaneous, professional, accommodating and polite. They got my elderly aunt's snow removal scheduled right away, which made it possible for her to get to the doctor. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. After the work was done, I was expecting the invoice to be another $450. Color me shocked when it was $1500!! I guess in the quote, labor was 3 hours * 4 people * $75/hour * 0. They don't want to "promise" labor would be a certain amount so they just set that to 0. The original quote was missing $900. When I called to complain, I got a very "generous" $70 off. My landscaping looks great, but I feel super scammed. Beware.

We called and within just a couple of weeks they came and removed the old cement edge and replaced it with a much deeper cement edge. They replaced the soil and mulch perfectly. They'll be back to seed the narrow area of sod that was removed along the walk. Clean up was immaculate. All at no additional cost. Their priority was to "make it right" I highly recommend them.
