Brandon and Tommy are very professional, organized, informative, and overall just do an amazing job at whatever home improvement thing you have in mind! Gutter Move - We had our gutter (going from the 2nd floor to the ground) moved from one side of the deck to the side of the house. They got it done in a couple hours and it looks great! They even paint matched the spot on our siding that was discolored from having a gutter in front of it for many years! Master Bathroom Remodel - An almost total re-do of our master bathroom space down to the studs. They replaced the drywall, the floor, the tub, shower walls, ceiling, installed a medicine cabinet, cleaned up the trim for the window, fixed the piping, moved the vanity and replaced it, and probably some other things that I forgot! All in a couple weeks! It was a total change to our bathroom and t looks absolutely stunning now! They worked with a great paint guy too that can simply do paint jobs as well if needed. Overall we've been very happy with Square One and their prices make you want to redo your whole house. They're very reasonable and honest throughout the process and won't leave you in the dark on what's happening for your house project. Highly recommend!

They went through all the pros and cons of material and construction options with me so I could make the best decision for my needs and budget. They also provided written documentation of how they were going to do everything - details on how the support posts would be set, on the structure, and on the deck boards, etc, many of which were beyond what the local building code requires. And then they were able to deliver on what they said they would do. The new support structure for my deck is rock solid, I swear I could park a truck on it. Good communication with me throughout the entire process. And the finished product is beautiful. I went with a composite deck material.
