Normally I'd have gotten a quote but since my car was buried under trees, and my front porch and garage crushed by them, it was urgent to get the trees cleared out. I felt that the price was high yet I was told on the phone that the distance of 12 miles was added in extra for a delivery charge. The firewood load had many large stump pieces that needed to be split and cut in order to fit inside the insert of my fireplace.
