**SCAM** Absolutely disgusting. My wife was on the side of the road stuck in the snow waiting for her free tow with her credit card. Express towing comes along as it's 5 minutes from their yard and offers a cheap price. She calls me, tells me the price, and I said just go with it as they are there already. Then they charge $50 more than agreed upon which she didn't notice when tapping her credit card. She calls back and they tell her that's not what they said which is a complete lie. Is it really worth it to scam someone for $50 more to have a crap reputation? Look elsewhere. read more

First, I need to clarify that I have never heard of this company or used their services before last night. One of their drivers actually followed me blocks home from the store, caught me off guard when I reached my quiet side street, and proceeded to harass me to come over to his vehicle "just to talk", ask me for my number, and tell me I look good, and had the audacity to get irate when I told him to fuck off. I worried about the repercussions of his backlash and the fact he now knows the area in which I live, but I managed to dodge him after I went into a random apartment building and waited til the coast was clear before I could go home. Initially, I didn't recognize the writing on the vehicle, I couldn't make out what it said and quite frankly just wanted to get out of that situation real fast. But today, I saw it nearby again, narrowing it down to this company. These people are intimidating as hell. read more

I blew out a tire while on the highway. the tire was rusted on and I did not have the tools to pry it off so I called express. The driver, Fadi, was there within 20 minutes, calling twice on his way to update me on his ETA. instead of towing my car, he graciously provided road side assistance. BEWARE - Don't use these guys. My son got into an accident with my vehicle. They showed up out of nowhere and were very friendly and nice at the scene. So he let them tow it away as he was in a pickle. Then they would not let me access my vehicle or release it to my insurance as they are asking way above industry standards or reasonable storage rates. Occurred 6 weeks ago and cI can't touch my car. My wife was in an accident they stole her car and kept it for over a month they wouldnt return our calls or the calls from our insurance company and kept it in their lot for a month and a half we were out of a vehicle dont trust them if they show up say no. Nice new grease stains all over the floor though (floor mats were out for cleaning- wasn't expecting to need a tow). They were super kind and gave me a discount rate of 300. Scammers. My son was in an accident and they showed up on the scene, took my car without my permission and it took me over a week to get them to release it to my insurance. They basically stole my car without my permission. I'd call and they'd tell me to show up to sign the release form, I'd show up, and they weren't there. Then their systems were supposedly down so they couldn't print the release form. Finally they tell me to send an email releasing the car that they will abide by, and guess what, they wouldn't release it. Stay away from these guys...absolutley awful crooks! read more

My car was towed all the way to their 5803 Mitch Owens Rd location from Gloucester area. When I drove to the location, the location was a resident. There was no one at the house and the car was parked beside the house surrounded by three other vehicles. The gates to the resident were completely open so there was no security. read more
