Your drivers and their horn blowing in residential apartment complexes specifically at Squire Village where it is explicitly prohibited by the community by laws is outrageous, and it's not just during the day time!! It has been in the late hours of the night, 1,2,3,4 am allot of times. People have to work, and it is extremely rude, and unprofessional for them to be blowing their horns! It's 2025!! Literally EVERYBODY has cell phones teach your drivers to text &/or call their fares instead of being so rude and obnoxious blowing their horns at all hours of the day and night. I would give zero stars if possible. I was quoted $9 for the fare to get a patients home from the hospital. I paid the $9 plus a $3 tip. The driver waited until I went back to work and then kicked the passenger out. When I called the office to complain, I was hung up on repeatedly. read more

There are 2 dispatchers that are really nice, but the 3rd who is supposedly the owner of the company is extremely rude. There is no reason if I'm being kind and speaking nicely to you over the phone that you should yell at your customers over the phone. The driver told me his name is Memias. you already have 1 star on yelp. Your constant rudeness over the years doesn't help your business at all and I think you need to have a reality check because being rude will only drive loyal clients away eventually. I called this cab company and told them where I was. They said great and they would send a cab over in 10-15 minutes. Before I could ask if they needed my number to call me when they got there, they hung up. 20 minutes go by and I called again. They said the cab was 3 minutes away and then hung up. I called back 10 minutes later and they sent the cab to the wrong location. I gave them my location and confirmed the address. This happened again. Eventually the person on the other end of the phone started yelling at me and said, "The cab is outside I don't know what to tell you Mami!" I responded calmly, "you are yelling at me and I can just want to get to my destination." Eventually I was able to catch a Lyft (there aren't many in the area I was in), and the cab never came. I would say my rating stems from rude customer service, lack of clear processes and systems to gather information from customers, and inconsiderate communication (I.e. not following up with passengers when the cab is lost or late.) read more

This taxi service is awful. Don't ever use them. They extort travelers. I asked to be picked up from the airport and taken to a train station. I was told how much it cost and agreed. After they picked me up, the driver told me he was going to charge me more mid-trip and would not change his mind. Do not use this service. read more
