We have used Express Waste since we built here in 2002. They were our first choice and we've never had reason to change. They did have some trouble for a while with vandalism and being short staffed but since the new owners have taken over that has all passed. We are picked up every week and within an hour of the same time each week. They have even come up to the garage to grab the dumpster until I told them that was great initiative however totally unnecessary. The owners themselves have been on the truck and I have spoken with them and found them to be ambitious, dedicated to their business and totally conscientious. They will do their utmost to satisfy and earn your trust as well as your business. I have watched other neighbors switch and not received the service I have by staying with the company. We have been with Express Waste Removal for over 10 years now. They have an easy to manage website that allows us to pay our quarterly bill with very little effort. The trash pick up is always on time (the day of our pickup). We work all day and put the trash out the night before and it is always gone w hen we come home the next day after work. They give us good and timely updates when service times will differ due to holidays and the prices have not gone up significantly, if at all, in the last 10 years. We have used express trash service for a few years now. They have always been on time and we have never had any issues with them. If they were going to be running behind because of holidays, weather etc. they are always quick to let us know. We will continue to use them in the future. Their employees are very hard working and very generous. I am very happy with Express Waste Removal. They old owners did have problems with the trucks braking down, but this new owner is always on schedule. If something does arise, weather etc., they always send out a text to let's us know when they will be here, usually next day. Please look at older reviews with a grain of salt. We were customers under the old ownership as well as the new ownership. While the old ownership defined the word TERRIBLE, the new group is really, really great. We've had zero issues on our trash being picked up on time, billing, or really anything else since the new crew took over. Overall, totally seamless (like it should be)!! The customer service continues to impress me. I called the other day to have a couch picked up and the scheduled for the next morning. Someone came and picked the couch up over night so they credited my account the next morning. This along with the numerous positive experiences with the truck crews have been tremendous. Express Waste Removal has been very reliable with reasonable rates. They have been bery good at communicating when schedules change due to holidays or weather issues. (There was one day this winter when it was so cold that everyone was shut down and they delayed pick ups by one day.) They were easy to work with when I had a large item to dispose of.
