Their workers are always very friendly, always asking if they can find you your size-as with Nike's etc... they only keep one sneaker in the box ...you have to ask for the matching one. Other brands you don't have to ask at all- both shoes are there in the box. I think they do that to prevent stealing certain brands. I have experienced her horrible attitude before, but went yesterday for work out shoes, and got there a few minutes before closing time, she had already locked the door, so I knocked and looked through the glass, she looked right at me and my child, and kept walking and doing whatever she was doing. Not even a quick acknowledgment to say, hey sorry we closed a bit early today, or anything. She completely ignored us!
