She dismissed his questions, audibly huffing at him, belittling him, embarrassing him and then preceded to tell him he was being rude! He explained that was not his intention and that he just didn't understand the process. At this point, the floor manager comes over and instead of seeing what the problem might have been, she too started verbally attacked my son!! (AGAIIN, ALL THIS IS WHILE I'M ON THE PHONE LISTENING IN!!) I can't even believe this happened! My poor son left in tears without a chain.
