I'm disappointed and will not recommend them. Sucks, because he seemed like a nice guy, and I would've hired the company to come out every month.

Bobie Bostwick is a scammer & a thief. Please stay away from this company…read more So, I recently relocated to MI from NV and desperately needed a DEEP CLEAN. The house was rented out for several years and completely empty for about a year and a half. I informed Bobie Bostwick (the owner) of the condition along w/ photos. These scammers not only changed their pricing 3x, but they also stole my children's baby wipes, used my entire roll of trash bags, used & BROKE my vacuum. Broke two TVs, basically broke and used almost everything I had in this house. I literally came here with myself, children & very few things as I wanted to start over. Again, home was completely vacant AKA: EMPTY for a year and a half so of course, critters entered and made the home hazardous. IE: Mice feces on the floor, dead bugs, etc; and as I have stated prior, this was already brought to the owner's attention along with photos. The company promised the home would be completely sanitized/spotless... Something that should have only been a full days' worth of cleaning turned into TWO whole days b/c on the first day they sat in my home for 6 hours rummaging through all my items. I was NOT present to baby sit this company b/c again, I have little children and the home was not safe for them. Rather than cleaning, they played around with my Japanese swords, as well as opening my gun cases... I only know this b/c they were moved into a completely different room, and I had things in very specific way that were no longer in it's area. During this entire ordeal, Bobie made sure to send me a link of the payment EVEN though their services was not complete and I am 100% positive they had high hopes I would pay without inspecting the home, b/c when I advised I would like to do a walk through, shortly after they responded to with some bs, advising they would need to come back the next day to ensure nothing was missed or "half assed" Comes the SECOND day, something that was suppose to be for a few hours (per verbatim from the owner, the only thing that was left to complete were flooring - which was a huge lie) turned into an additional 6 hrs. Because nothing was done on the first day. I came home to inspect the first night and absolutely NOTHING was touched. They admitted to not completing the service and tried to come back the THIRD time but still charged me $1000.00 Please look at these photos and tell me they are legitimate. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there.
