As this was a present for my mom, I asked to clean specific areas. She said she didn't have a computer or a fax so I had to text them to her???? Ok, I did thought it was very odd and to make matters worse - I never heard back from her. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt (we are all busy) but I just received a call that she has to cancel and advised me to find someone else. This call was made less than 24 hours from her scheduled service for my mom. Do not use or be prepared to have a cleaning service 'owned and operated' by someone who is disorganized, flighty and dishonest.

After just the first time they cleaned we saw very noticeable difference. From the attention to detail, the corners they got into, the questions they ask about what I wanted done, we could tell that every single thing in our home had been touched, moved, cleaned under, on top of, you name it. My old-school wooden kitchen floor had never, ever been so clean, I couldn't get used to walking on it and kept almost falling down - that's not a complaint, it was shiny and I think had been hand washed. Besides doing a great job ,they are courteous, appropriately priced, punctual and very nice young ladies. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cleaning company, or who is not satisfied with the quality of their current service. We figured they would take that into account and bring the portable equipment. Instead, they came with the truck, looked at the couch, explained to me that he was leaving to go get the portable equipment, and then texted my assistant to just cancel the appointment. I'm disappointed and will not recommend them. Sucks, because he seemed like a nice guy, and I would've hired the company to come out every month.

It's hard to say if I can recommend this place or not, since after a number of attempts at reaching…read morethem I never was able to get them to call me back. The two times that I did reach someone on the phone, I was told to hold on or to call back, and then never got a person again. To me this is really horrible customer service, and just communicates that they aren't interested in securing new customers. Maybe they're so fabulous that they don't need new customers, but I'm in my opinion everybody should be accorded good service no matter what. Good customer service means that you call people back when they leave a message, even if you aren't interested in taking their carpet cleaning job.
