There's ample parking for patrons and the building itself has high ceilings for lots of air circulation. On my visit they had a small stage for the talent to speak about their experiences as well as a separate room for signings/photos. The menus? Too cute to handle. We sipped on the most delicious festive cocktails + mocktails and devoured food from @oakstreetinnandlounge -- everything was SO good! It has so much space and so many picture perfect areas for any special event. Plenty of parking in their lot out front. I love that they have a large patio area as well as a pond area where you can take some amazing pictures. This event was well organized. The food was very tasty and service was fast and efficient! Everything was nicely organized and you have a 1 1/2 time limit. After your meal you can take a photo on the patio with the back drop or at the Photo Booth. There was also a live band playing. At literally 25% of the costs of the other venue we were looking at, you CANNOT do better than Ruth and Stone House. Not only do you get a great venue and day of coordinator in Ruth, you also get a DJ and a treasure trove of items to use on your big day like lanterns and garlands. Using her items vs. buying your own, helps alleviate some of the issues with finding homes for 50 black lanterns later. The venue itself is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. Its great high ceilings and woodwork will make for a super unique venue that will make your day unforgettable. I cannot tell you how many people have told us how beautiful the venue was afterwards. We had a few special things we wanted to do for our guests like putting hand written name cards out at their seats and play a few jokes on our friends. We had asked volunteers to come help us do all of this, but Ruth and her staff was already on top of it and took care of everything and beyond. Ruth even helped our jokes by writing some Chinese on our seating chart. Ruth was super communicative throughout the entire process, making herself available both via email and texts, never taking longer than 24 hours to respond. We had our ceremony inside and her staff was able to flip the interior in no time, making the transition from ceremony to reception seamless. We literally cannot sing her praises enough.

Upon doing so, they were verbally berated and shamed by a staff member who called them bullies for "forcing" the woman to get medical care. He was the dab tender for this event. This gentleman did not get a manager or supervisor, and pressured a woman not to receive medical care which is not only unethical but highly illegal. Luckily an ambulance did come and she got checked out, but it took a lot of fighting and force with this employee to get it done. He was not a medical professional by any means and had no right to prevent her from getting care. I sincerely hope this gentleman gets retrained and/or disciplined for this abhorrent behavior.

There was another reception in the larger room. DJ noise has zero travel between the two rooms. We also got many compliments regarding the food. We chose the Roast and baked chicken. Tyler was most helpful to us during the process. The one great thing between this venue and other venues we shopped was that this one does not have a gratuity charge. Everything is a flat rate once you have your headcount figured out. There was also a great deal on the 4 hour open bar. Only con i have was there was a bit of a payment mix-up, which we quickly figured out and took care of. I would recommend getting receipts for every time a payment is made, as most people should do.
