At first the bleach turned my hair to a brassy color. I went in for a second time, about a week later. I wanted it a bit lighter. The balayage was now blonde with my dark hair still there. I liked it for about a month and a half. The blonde turned to a brassy color about 2-3 weeks after the second bleaching and toning. Maybe this just wasn't for my hair type. Lauren did my hair and maybe she just isn't used to curly hair but the balayage looked more ombre. She didn't converse much in our conversation. She was overall not bad..But I'll be going to another salon so I can go back to my natural color. I paid roughly $210-$230 (tip included) for each session totaling somewhere around $420-$460 for the entire hair. I still had to pay the packaged deal: Somewhere around $177 the second time even though I didn't get a haircut. Overall, the atmosphere is nice. I can't remember the one stylist/barbers name but he was a tall guy I think he was bald. He seemed very nice and caring about his clients. Also, Mat Ocasio is incredibly INCREDIBLY talented at what he does. He is a true miracle worker. I watched him transform his ones clients hair BEAUTIFULLY. He is very detailed and on point. I highly recommend him. A true and genuine artist.
