I'm torn how to rate my experience…read more Pros: I had Michelle. She was nice. My nails didn't have any bubbles and about 2-ish weeks later, no lifting or problems. Nice atmosphere. Cons: My nails were sore for a few days after. I thought maybe it was due to the powder as I'd never had it before, but after hearing other experiences it's probably due to excessive filing They use 1 pot for everyone for the dip powders. As in, each color has a container, and they dip your finger into that pot and tap the excess back into the container. Over and over with each customer. I looked it up and it's very unsanitary and unsafe to do this because of risk of infections I left it at 3 stars because I was happy with my manicure at the time and it's lasting well. But I probably won't be back due to unsafe conditions. I'm also not a fan of how thick the dip powders are on my nails. My nails do not bend AT ALL. No flex. It feels very unnatural. But I'm not used to acrylics and I guess they're supposed to be similar

Our eyes locked and... you've seen the movie before... I called after hours and left a message. She called the next morning with the best disposition that a company could have and set me up for an appointment. She even moved around her schedule to get me in before my trip that following weekend. She provided her prices and address via text after the phone call. I arrived nervous & afraid... she quickly got me situated and begun. I was grateful that she wasn't stuck on me hitting those wax poses and holding them til my blood circulation ceased. The immediate pain of waxing was the 2nd worst pain I've ever felt (#1-childbirth), but she did what she could to alleviate it by holding the skin tight, applying pressure and talking me through it. She noticed I had scarring and darkening of the skin from shaving and offered solutions that I could buy from anywhere. That's when I knew it was love ! Other companies uses this as an opportunity to make some money and peddle their raggedy products, but she showed me the recommended items and just told me what to do. That's when I knew I had met THE ONE!!!! The process was as quick as it could have been! The service was the best I've ever had from a beauty service stand point...helk... any company for that matter. I REALLY FELT LIKE I MATTERED AS A CUSTOMER!!! Was on the table for less then 5mins for a Brazilian!! It was very clear she was only there for a qucik chance to make money. No real greeting just told me to head into the room and kinda pointed. Once in the room I had no idea what to do as I am used to some sort of begining consultations. There was no spot for my cloths, no chiar, or table put my puse. So I was just standing there feeling awkward waiting for her to come in. When she did came into the room she looked at me and then the bed as said " aren't you here for a brazlilian" I said yes and she then told me to take my pants off and walked out. When she came back she quicked waxed me and by quicked I mean maybe 5 very large strips with a soft wax. When she was done she left a couple napkins on my kitty and said "these are for any spots that are stickey" and said I would have stubble because I had short hair. I did not have stubble I had hair where she simply did not wax. I had once before gone in for a wax and the lady was kinda enough to inform me as soon as she saw the lenghth of my hair that she could wax me if that was what I wanted but adviced me to come back in a week when my hair was longer to ensure better results. That was professional and curdiouse and I returned to her multiple times because of her kindness and honesty. This is why I know the lenght was not the problem. However if it was she should have said somthing before waxing. There was no twizing after and no after care just a small amount of oil. This was the worst brazlilian I have ever had. I will never come back and I would never suggest this place to anyone else. I paid and was booked for a full hr and although I have never had a brazilian last a full hour I am used to the full session taking about 45 mins. I was in and out of the building in less than 15 mins and that includes waiting in the sitting area for her to be ready for my session.

The massage chairs are excellent and you get a hot towel shoulder massage while your toes are drying as well. What put it over the top was the care and expertise of my pedicurist. I had an ingrown toenail from a pedicure months ago that still bothered me occasionally, and I told my pedicurist about it, and she was able to fix it for me, no more pain! I don't live nearby but plan to visit the next time I'm there.
