Not at all clean it's really quite dirty. You are much better off to choose a different place to stay. Breakfast is truly a joke, coffee muffins and fruit bars. Given everything else wrong with this motel you can't expect more. Housekeeping every 2 weeks (per front desk) dirty stained carpet in hallways, dirt in corners and on furniture. Looks to be a place for transient people, lots and lots of dogs. Our first and ONLY Extended Stay America booking. Think of it as being grouped with Red Roof Inn or Motel 6.

Awful. Awful awful! I expected better since pictures showed differently on the app. Mannn definitely was not what I got. I've stayed at a few extended stays and this was the most awful one. Plus continental breakfast? Cmon! Muffins? That's it? Sigh.... It would be ok if they didn't charge $150/night haha I think that's the part I hated the most. Charging that much for what we got???? I should have stayed at holiday inn or Fairfield! Awful!

I've been staying here while I wait to close on my home, and it's been nothing short of awful. My car was hit in the parking lot. There's trash everywhere inside and outside of the building. There are roaches in my room. So many noisy people in neighboring rooms throwing parties. The hallways never get cleaned and are littered with garbage. Everything in the room is falling apart and dated. The morning "breakfast" is a joke at best. (A granola bar and weak coffee) and there's people using drugs in their cars in the parking lot. And people smoking all around the property while littering it with cigarette bits everywhere. My car was also hit by someone in the parking lot on my third night here and they don't even have cameras around the premises. Literally, the ONLY good thing about this place is the proximity to everything. The rates should be HALF of what they are charging. Run fast and far. Spend your money elsewhere.

The Sunday breakfast (and a bit earlier too) was much better. So, be prepared for that. Go early (7 - 8am) or go late (9 - 10am). Hot tub (and pool) was nice. The unforgiveable thing was that the fridge only turned on for 2 hours and no microwave. Unacceptable. We put a bucket of ice in the fridge and that let it stay cold for a long time while we were away. If they're trying to save costs, think of a better way than limiting fridge use or have an "ice" system like we came up with. Staff was friendly.

He was the morning manager. He looked to be black and in his 30's.), could care about the guests and their experiences. I could not believe how little he cared. He was not going to do anything about the fact that our room had issues. The sink was not draining and the toilet was backed up. It was also impossible to get a comfortable temperature to take a nice shower, it was either really hot or really cold. They were booked so, we could not move to another room (we had to tough it out overnight). But, I was told to speak with the manager (I remember being told that his name was George) in the morning. I actually thought that he would be receptive and proactive. I was wrong! Luckily, I was able to call Hilton's corporate office and get the assistance that I should have gotten from him. It was just disappointing. I will not be staying here again!

Great atmosphere and vibes for sure. They accommodated every request. Beds were super soft and their breakfast was good. They had waffles, eggs, big fat sausage patties, fruit, boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurts, and more. The coffee was delicious. Room and hotel smelled very nice and clean. However, the shower head needed an update, but other than that, we loved it! One important thing I'd like to add was the STAFF! from the moment we arrived, in passing, and at checkout, they were amazing. Very professional, friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and presentable. We checked in July 3rd, 2026, @ 2pm and checked out the next day ten till 11 am. Whoever checked us in was EXTRA AMAZING and the one who checked us out went out of here way when I asked for coffee when there was a whole staff who could have done it. She is the only name I got and her name was Lily. Thank you, Lily. Very sweet and pretty and looked happy to be of help. We stay a lot in Valencia, and vacation quite a bit in LA area. We will be back. Trip typeVacation · Couple Rooms5.0Service5.0Location5.0 Hotel highlightsRomantic RoomsVery clean and smell nice. The room is very spacious, but the shower head needs an update. It has pressure and works fine, just my personal preference. There's enough towels and very clean. I'm big on cleanliness. Just a couple mns later I received a message in my email from the hotel saying they were able to accommodate my request. I really loved getting a message ahead of time. Easy check in. They have a store, swimming pool, hot tub, breakfast 7-10am, basketball courts, laundry room and more! The only thing we were a little iffy about was the person wandering in circles around the building with no shoes and yelling. He was going straight through the front desk area across to the other side of the building, out the back door and around the building again. While we were outside, he went around 4 times and then we went to our room. I know theres probably not too much they can do about that, but it made us worry about our car a little. We really enjoyed all of the small things that were accessible in the room. They had all the utensils you need to eat and cook with, pots, pans, cutting board, bowls, plates, cups, toaster....everything. They also already have dishsoap and sponge in the kitchen. They also have Netflix on our TV which we really enjoyed. Overall, even though we havent left yet, we're extremely enjoying our stay and its been a great last HOORAH, coming back from our disneyland trip. We would definitely come back to stay again.

I tried to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt despite the run-down condition and loud, uninviting hallways with maintenance doors open and constant beeping noises. Once we entered the room, the odor was overwhelming. Within minutes I began experiencing shortness of breath and an asthmatic/allergic reaction. My oldest daughter even asked if I was okay because I became pale, clammy, and visibly unwell. I have a mold allergy, and it became clear very quickly that staying there was not safe for me. I genuinely believe that if I had remained in that room any longer, I may have required emergency medical attention. We packed our belongings immediately and returned to the front desk to explain the situation and request help. I was shocked by the response. After explaining that I was having a severe reaction and could not safely stay in the room, I was simply told "sorry" and denied a refund. As a mother traveling alone with three daughters, the complete lack of concern, empathy, or willingness to help was incredibly upsetting. We left immediately and had to find somewhere else to stay while I was still feeling physically ill. I would strongly caution anyone with asthma, allergies, or sensitivities to mold/mildew and strong odors of such before booking here.

Myself and my family stayed 2 nights here. I really wanted to give this establishment 5 stars but…read moreit was really the little things that brought it down. I will start with the pros- free parking, free breakfast. The staff were very nice. It was clean throughout. About an 8-10 minute drive to 6 Flags. We stayed in a suite that included a kitchen, it was a decent size especially if you are traveling with children. Cons- the TV in the bedroom did not work. It kept giving error that there was no signal. The first night I contacted the front desk and they said that they would send someone . It took a long time so I cancelled to go to bed. The following morning I told the front desk when we left for the day. They sent someone and there was a program on when we got back. Soon as I changed the channel it went right back to "no signal" The pull out bed was extremely thin and worn. Sleeping in a bed of jagged rocks would have been more comfortable. One of our kids ended up folding it back up and sleeping on the couch. The pillows were very soft and thin, not very comfortable. The dishwasher had seen much better days, the racks were severely worn and rusted. The restroom could have used some minor cosmetic repairs. Lastly, one of the elevators were out of service, this made the wait very long and was a pretty crowded ride most of the time. It was also very hot in the elevator. Although the front desk said that they could try to see if there was another room available, it wouldn't have made that much difference since we would be out all day and leaving early the morning. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety, but slightly small in the food area. Don't think I would stay here again for the price.
