When I first stayed, I had an issue with my room not being as clean as it should have been, but Emerson was quick to remedy the situation with patience and professionalism. Tykeem is the new General Manager for this location and he is doing a phenomenal job at getting this place up to par. I am seeing an immediate difference. I even have seen a positive change in the attitudes of the staff. Sarah the team lead is super knowledgeable and helpful. Shayna makes the best coffee and is kind! Nethal is very fun to talk to and makes you feel safe when coming in later in the night. And Hugo is the sweetest man who will always greet you when you pass by. I would use this as a last resort hotel. This hotel screams low budget. The elevators were horrible, people were screaming like they were being beat in the middle of the night, everyone who showered in the middle of the night you heard. The pipes were screaming in the walls. The lady's at check in were very sweet. Too sweet to work there. The gentlemen he was a bit lost. We were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Lobby was filthy when we checked in at 2:30 PM, however our room was better with the exception of some stuff pasted to the counter tops (looked like pasta sauce?). The bathroom also had a constant leak in both sink and tub and you could tell from the water stains that these leaks had been ongoing for quite sometime. We purposely got a room on the first floor because we wanted to be able to have a view of our car and to our surprise, the windows did not feel as though they locked very well and they definitely could've used a cleaning! My husband was able to secure the windows, but since we were leaving and would not be back until later that night, we took our belongings with us! Place looked a bit sketchy, however when we did get back in, the area was quiet and we both slept through the night. The hotel does offer hot coffee and light breakfast items (muffins, oatmeal) in the morning, but when I went out to grab coffee at 8AM, both carafes were empty! I did notify the front desk and they immediately came out to brew more, unfortunately we were on our way out, so my husband had to settle for decaf (well, I didn't tell him so there was that!). I probably will never stay here again unless all other dog-friendly hotels are completely booked. Definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We needed a place to stay in and from the photos this place looked decent. For $150 a night, not the cheapest, but felt like a dirty cheap motel. The one plus is the workers in the front were very nice. We had 3 rooms and checked in very late at night. The elevator is incredibly slow, pushing the close door button does nothing. It also reeked of cigarettes. There's also a very unpleasant smell in the hallways. Upon entering the room, there's a sign that there's no shampoo and you have to request it. I called to request the shampoo, a hair dryer, and an extra blanket as the blanket is as thin as a sheet. The only thing you might get in this place is toilet paper, towels, and maybe a plastic cup or two. The other room we reserved didn't even have the plastic cups or kleenex. It was super cold, but my heater wouldn't work. My dad's room, the kitchen light wouldn't turn off so he had to sleep with it on. In the morning I took a shower and the shower head was broken and was spraying water to the ceiling and getting everything in the bathroom wet. The free breakfast is packaged muffins, not very appetizing. Very unpleasant stay and would not recommend, especially for the price! read more

They advertise that they have breakfast and in reality they only have a stand of grab-and-go breakfast which does not even include milk although it has creamer, coffee etc that most hotels provide in the room too. The room had no soaps, shampoos, conditioners. On requesting for it, the receptionist says he does not have anyone else to take care of the front desk, so he can't deliver it. I was just off the toilet and was not in a position to go and touch everywhere in the hotel, and I desperately needed someone to deliver it. This guy needed to be requested again, hard-pressed when he delivered at the door and quickly left. They did not provide ANY room service at all and when I came back for the 2nd night, everything was left untouched. NO ROOM SERVICE. We've been staying here for over a year now and our stay has been nothing but excellent! The manager and staff has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have had a great experience and a place to call home. Any little issue we've had was taken care of immediately which wasn't even done at our last apartment. We were only supposed to be here for a few weeks but because of our wonderful experience, we've stayed well beyond that. It's very clean and quiet here and they have a very nice area outside where my kids can play and where people can walk their pets. I've stayed at a ton of different Hotels but this one is by far my favorite! Thank you so much to everyone here that made us feel welcome and made our stay so enjoyable! read more

I've been staying here while I wait to close on my home, and it's been nothing short of awful. My car was hit in the parking lot. There's trash everywhere inside and outside of the building. There are roaches in my room. So many noisy people in neighboring rooms throwing parties. The hallways never get cleaned and are littered with garbage. Everything in the room is falling apart and dated. The morning "breakfast" is a joke at best. (A granola bar and weak coffee) and there's people using drugs in their cars in the parking lot. And people smoking all around the property while littering it with cigarette bits everywhere. My car was also hit by someone in the parking lot on my third night here and they don't even have cameras around the premises. Literally, the ONLY good thing about this place is the proximity to everything. The rates should be HALF of what they are charging. Run fast and far. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I came back 10 hours later and nothing was done. I guess that explains why they don't have "do not disturb" signs (they don't provide any services)...I cleaned the AC unit , and the top of the fridge, with a couple of washcloths, placed them in a plastic bag and left them at the front desk when I checked out. Had to stay here 2x within a two week period. There were four of us and 2 small dogs, had to book two rooms. There was a power outage at the mobile home park we all live in. It being so hot that particular week, we had no other option than an overnight stay that accepts pets. Thank goodness, for the Extended Stay!! They were very accommodating and very easy to make a reservation. Lisa working the front desk, suggested that I make the reservations online because it would be less. She was very helpful and very nice. Marie the other lady at the counter, she too, very helpful. She told us if our dogs were therapy dogs we would not be charged an extra fee. The two ladies working the front desk made us feel very comfortable and they were so accommodating. We were welcomed. Hotel is clean and comfortable, however, the walls are a little thin. I can hear the guest T.V. on one side and about 4:00 am. I was awakened by a very angry phone conversation from the guy on the other side. I can hear the whole entire conversation. The walls may be thin but some people lack common sense, no fault of the hotel there. I got through it and finally returned to sleep. Stayed there February 21-23, 2025. Complete dump. Poor Customer Service, back door broke, did not work, disabled wife had to walk around the building all weekend. Sink backed up, no drainage, stove did not work, entire hallway smelled like Marijuana all weekend. The place is supposed to be non-smoking!!! Overall, not clean. I was told I would receive a refund when I checked out, I got nothing, then called back a week later, was told the same thing, and still nothing. The last reviewer is absolutely correct unfortunately. I recommend this place to my sister who was evacuated by the brush fires. The location is good. They do take dogs which is good in an emergency situation. But when she got there in this supposedly smoke free facility with supposedly smoke free grounds as well, 4 guys were smoking pot openly on hotel premises. She complained to the guy at the desk and he said that pot smoking was legal in this state so there was nothing he could do. The place looked dirty and smelled like pot. From the outside and in this nice location you would never expect that, But I think the previous reviewer was right, it's probably a voucher situation. She left early in the morning because it wasn't a nice environment and as she left, she was approached by some homeless looking people and didn't feel safe. I had assumed based on the location that this was a nice place where traveling business people stayed but this was eye opening! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone again. Literally don't even know where to start. There were sketchy people in the parking lot when we first pulled up. Checked in, looked at our room and checked out immediately. The exit sign in the hallway is on the floor. The laundry room was absolutely wrecked. The whole place smells like smoke. Our room was so dim and dark and the only way to make it brighter was to open the curtain to the parking lot. The walls were painted poorly and looked dirty, poorly patched too. The bathroom is outdated and super strange, like a hospital bathroom and the floors were sticky. The pictures looked nothing like online at all, to say the least. I enjoyed my stay. Staff was great, but things were often strict. Like shampoo and soap and towels. They were very "one today only," so we have to keep asking each day. I know why. It's so people don't take and take. And apparently they have only a few laundry days because they ask for us to bring down our dirty towels in the main lobby to exchange for fresh... Kinda awkward. Also, the walls are thin-ish. We heard people argue, their dogs, the slamming of kitchen cupboards and dressers, let alone...other. Lol. So the cool kitchen each room gets becomes a detriment. Then again, some people are obnoxious and belligerent, and not mindful of others. It's not really their fault. It really was just the one adjacent to us. (Note: hardwood floors, which are lovely but, choose top floor if you can help it. Even a light walker might make a racket.) I'm making this place sound bad, but I'm actually pretty agreeable. The price, the cleanliness and location really is a good choice. They have laundry, a courtyard that is pet friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for a few days while apartment hunting. I needed a safe place to relax for a while so I could browse apartments and such. If you hate someone, send them here. Otherwise, don't come here at all. Where to begin. First room 221 smelled of raw sewage in the bathroom and there was a fly in the room. I was then moved to floor 3, 318....The front desk guy said it was his favorite room. The room seemed ok when you get in there, but after a while, you notice the faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom drip all night, the stove had a burning metal smell when you walk in, and the place was infested with fleas. They moved me to another room, and the fleas followed me. Needlesstosay I got no sleep at all, they offered to give me a free load of laundry and a free night for my troubles and said they didn't find any fleas. the amount I experienced there would have been nothing short of a swarm. The elevator is slow, the hallways stunk, the rooms have paper thin walls and I heard a couple having sex next door, the place is pet friendly, I'll give it that, but when the dogs jump up and down, it shakes the whole floor. I also heard women screaming followed by thuds (it was muffled, could have been a movie, could have been sex, could have been a homicide for all I know), and some sketchy people in the parking lot as others have mentioned. The vending machines were also completely empty the 2nd night I stayed. The internet is slow, and you can pay to upgrade, but similar hotels offer faster speeds with your room, No blankets on the beds, just a thin sheet and 3 pillows, parking spaces are basically for compact cars, breakfast is coffee; tea; muffins; breakfast bars, I have never stayed at a more disgusting place in my entire life. Had not seen any roaches, but if I was one, I'd live here. The one reprieve I will say is the staff, they are very friendly and helpful, at least while I was here perhaps they had some better hires since some of the other comments. The ladies who clean the rooms seem nice and leave helpful notes throughout the rooms. But it doesn't cancel the rest of what I mentioned. read more

Had to stay here for doctor's appointment I had in the morning. Like everybody else says the minute you walk in here it smells like smoke and dingy smelling . They put us right by your room next to a stairwell when I've told them I had sleeping issue. The kind of people that are in these rooms next to you are on drugs so they are loud .lot of ghetto people driving fast in the parking lot and loitering outside playing loud music. I had a great experience living here. Didn't have any of the issues others had and expected barking dogs. Maybe I'm lucky because that was only for a few nights out of my stay and expected in a hotel taking in pets. The upper parking lot has some gang smoking weed and loitering at night so maybe that's why the place inside smells a bit smoky. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a straightforward experience booking online and in person, and they're around 24/7 if you need any help. My only issue is the Wi-Fi was unreliable for me unless I disabled the 2.4G band on my end. 5G worked fine; I guess because the former is overcrowded with other WiFi's in the hotel. Other than that, I had a great time and would highly recommend this place especially if you need a longer stay or a temporary home for your pets. read more

You will not have a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms smell like mold and the hallway lighting is dim, depressing and ancient, there was dried food residue in our countertop from a previous stay, and the management scheduled to have our vents cleaned up during our stay while we were in the room as opposed to the prep time they have to get the room ready. Also, they charge you $10 for each hour until check in time if you want to check in early. So while my girlfriend who works the night shift as a nurse attempted to recover from the night of work, they had machines in our room cleaning the vents/AC unit. We alerted the front desk of shattered glass from a broken liquor bottle in their main parking lot that could hurt or injure someone or even puncture someone's tire. And 24 hours later, the glass is still there in the parking space. Their response was that they're not liable for these types of incidents which may occur in their parking lot. read more

Theres a microwave, stove, large refrigerator and plenty of cabinets. I did visit my coworkers room and there was a smell of dog in the room. I did have dog hair in my remote and on my luggage when I got home so I know they allow pets and you're gambling on having a room that smells or not. I was lucky mine was ok. Wifi was not the best. We are locals who checked in for a few days (with our cat) because our house was being fumigated. The property is clean, the front desk is friendly, and the room was very good for a resident-type room. Most resident hotel rooms, and rooms that accept pets, smell of food and/or pet. Not this one. Very clean, and no odors. Not even overwhelming air freshener smells. How do they do that? They even had a nice little courtyard where one could walk their dog, and sit on a bench. I liked the fact the kitchen items got picked up at the front desk at check-in, wrapped. It made me feel as if they were properly cleaned in a dishwasher or at least a commercial area, rather than iffy-cleaned by maids, and then laid in a drawer in the room. Unfortunately, while we were moving items up to the room, the elevator failed. It worked one minute, then the next, it was down. I informed the front desk, and they got right to taking care of it. We hand-carried half our stuff up the stairs (because it was too hot to leave our belongings in the car) before they got the elevator working again. But it was good to see immediate response from the front desk rather than the usual, "Ok, I'll call someone" before they turn away and forget all about it. Great job, ladies! All in all, our stay, however inconvenient leaving our house was, was very pleasant, very smooth, and we would definitely stay here again should we have the need. The first room I stayed in here was bad. It was old, and the room had a horrible odor. It wasn't until later that I discovered one of the mattresses in the room was the source of the odor. With no exaggeration, the mattress literally smelt like someone just farted on it. The odor was not from the sheets either, the odor was deep into the mattress. The other bed/mattress in the room smelt fine and this reassured me that the smell was not normal. I contacted the front desk for assistance, and I was told the hotel is fully booked. I could not get a new room until tomorrow, I was also told maintenance was gone for the day and nothing could be done. When I got my new room the following day it was definitely better. Booked a "reservation" for a room with two beds. When I arrived at 11:30pm to check in after driving all dang day, I was greeted with shady people hanging out in the parking lot out front. The guy at the front desk told me the person on shift before him gave my room to someone else and to let me know they now only have a room with a single queen bed. I get past the front desk and the hotel smells like burnt fish and mold. I get to my room and it reeks, and I mean REEKS, like cigarettes I said absolutely not, and they gave me a new room a few doors down that only smelled like strong mold. The windows were wide open in an obvious attempt to air out the mold. Stuck to stay here as it's the middle of the night. This place is ratchet!! I paid almost $200 for this ish-hole! read more

Unfortunately, this stay wasn't what we were expecting. It's turned out to be a uncomfortable/unsanitary experience. I understand it was late when we checked in but it almost seemed like a chore to be helped. They were sold out, so we were met with eye rolls and condescending responses when asking for a possible rollaway bed. We entered our room and all the cabinets were wide open and we had we sticky stains on the floor, a bunch of hairs in the bed and random stains/food crumbs scattered throughout the room There's a we'll be back in 15 minute sign posted but that's been there for the last 2 hours. Any time I've tried to speak with someone, no one is available. I called the company we made a reservation with and they weren't able to contact anyone here for a resolution. I'm pretty easy going but I'm just disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of customer service. I'm hoping once this is escalated with the GM things can improve for future customers. *Update* At 6am we were woke up by our neighbors dog barking for an hour and now there's a continuous high pitch beeping sound that's been going off for about 30 minutes coming from the hallways (not a fire alarm). I asked her to be quiet and she started singing in some language and following me to the front desk. When she realized I was heading there she ran away. This was the cheapest place I was willing to try on my last business trip back to Valencia. How cheap was it? I spent about $70 a night to stay at this crap hole. The best part about this hotel was leaving for the office in the morning. I don't expect much from economy hotels, but some perks are nice. There are no perks here. If you stay less than 6 days you don't get any type of maid service...they won't even empty your trash or make your bed. If you want that kind of service it'll be another $3.95 a day. Of course if you stay more than 6 days you get one day of complimentary maid service. And forget about a free continental breakfast in the morning or a free beer in the afternoon, these concepts do not exist here. The room amenities are pretty poor too. The bed was less comfortable than a flat piece of slate and twice as hard too! It was nice that they had a large fridge and stove top. And you can tell the residents (a number of families and transient oil workers were there during my stay) use the stoves. The hallways are awash with the smells of cheap processed foods being prepared on top of the electric coil stoves, add to this the smell emanating from the trash room (because you're responsible to dump it) and you have one horrifying experience walking down the hall. The halls themselves reminded me of some terrible horror movie. I was expecting to find a creepy looking serial killer lurking around the corner every time I rounded it. This place is literally the perfect place for a serial killer to call home. Dark, scary, and unpleasant, and right next to Coco's Restaurant and Bakery for that post-murder piece of pumpkin pie. Avoid it at all costs. Spend a couple extra bucks if you can and stay somewhere else. read more

This room was around $65 a night. Internet is extra $5 (one time fee). My room was awful. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep at all (seriously, I was up all night). The shower doesn't work and internet was really slow (like dial-up) and it shows me "unsecured". They said it should be secure and high-speed, but I don't believe it. I was also having hard time setting up internet, and I had to ask about connecting internet, but they just said "I don't know about internet". Not helpful. But this place has microwave, iron, coffee maker, fridge, dishes, and showtime on TV. No breakfast included. About the maid service, they don't clean your room or change your towels everyday. So if you are only staying 3 nights or so, you have to keep using the same towels. You suppose to get maid service once if you paid for a week, but I didn't get one. read more

The key cards did not work during my two night stay had to constantly go to the front desk just to see there was no one there half the time . Worst hotel stay EVER! Should have got my 1st clue seeing a sheriff outside the 1st day there.. shower no pressure, No pots pans or dishes as promised and the guy at the front desk said; sorry we can only find 1 pan, 1 pot 1 fork, 1 butter knife and no coffee pot! Mind you there's 2 of us!! Dog park is not fenced and you share it with smokers and coyotes! Mattress was like sleeping on springs! Then some put a cigarette out in the manure pile it started a fire and of course during my shower we had to get out!! Needless to say out original 6 day stay we cut to 3.. worse place ever!! read more

Ok pros first to be fair. The front desk employees are really good folks trying to do a good job and genuinely care about providing good customer service. This is a fact. They are all friendly and want to help and are genuine. They do their best as they can and there is only so much they can actually do in terms of a few of the evolved issues I had here, which is why I gave 3 stars which is a fair rating. The rooms themselves are decent size, have good storage space for longer stays, have an iron and ironing board, full size fridge, microwave and 2 top electric burner for cooking along with cabinets and an area to prepare food and a kitchenette sink. You need to request pots and pans or bring your own. There is plenty of lighting throughout the room, plenty of outlets to use for laptops etc, a tv with an ok selection of channels, a desk and chairs. The bathroom has hand soap (only), bathtub/shower, sink and clean towels. The bed is not the most comfortable. The pillows are ok. It's not bad but I've slept on more cozy beds and pillows, but it's not terrible. There is a little arm chair as well. Also a dead bolt and one of those extra door locks so when you are in the room someone can't break in easily. Safety is important to me, and I've stayed in hotels where this wasn't taken seriously. I was on the second floor and the windows also had safety locks. Although I'd like to have had a safety lock I could open the window just a little more, any safety lock is better than none. I stayed in 2 rooms, I had to move from the first one because it WAS NOT cleaned well at all. There had been clearly a person living in the room for a period of time and the room was not cleaned according to the length this person stayed (it required a deeper cleaning, not just change bedding and vacuum) and you can tell because the walls were filthy, the kitchen floor was sticky, toothpaste on the bathroom wall amongst other stains, I moved the chair next to the bed and there were a pair of eye glasses and a pill there. The tv had a scratch on the screen, and the remote wasn't programmed to turn the TV on so had to manually turn it on at the base, all the furniture and counters had a LOT of ware and tear. One lightbulb was out and not replaced. I could distinctly smell someone smoking drugs in an adjoining room. The bed also had a bed frame issue where the bed was not stable. All four legs were not flat and there was definitely something wrong with the frame. The front desk was extremely helpful and let me change rooms almost immediately the following day, they just needed to clean a room and had it ready fairly quickly. Now the second room was clean and in good condition. Basically the same but the layout seemed more spacious and the lighting from the window outside was a little better compared to the other side of the building. But the most relevant aspect is it was much cleaner, and also seemed like it was possibly a more updated room in terms of the kitchen counter and bathroom sink. (Another missing lightbulb however, which is odd.) This bed wasn't broken, so it seemed more comfortable, but again, not the most lush bed I've slept in. Ok so far, but still some serious issues...someone was distinctly smoking tobacco in the hallway and also you can smell drugs. Sour smell, what I think is a hard drug like crystal meth and/or fentanyl. People seem to be a lot bolder these days with smoking hard drugs shamelessly in non-smoking hotels...it's a little disturbing. I could also smell marijuana. The room upstairs was awake all hours at night and VERY LOUD but then sleeping all day...so clearly a "type" who seems to stay here. Lastly, and I try to not judge, but I am also not a fool, it seems like there are possibly prostitutes staying in this hotel. They were not especially discrete in attitude or appearance and youthful folly, and seemed out of place..not to mention the bed knocking throughout the day and night in the next room where one of them was staying. A little creepy along with this and the drug and smoke smells I had to check out early which was incredibly inconvenient for my needs (I needed a longer stay as I am a full time student and needed a routine, not to have to be bouncing around from hotels while waiting for my new apartment to be ready), but the front desk didn't make it difficult to check out early as I requested, which was very kind and accommodating. read more
