Since I was going to be out of town, I offered to pay ahead of time, but I was told payment could be made after the work was completed. Unfortunately, May 15 came and went without any service being completed, and I did not receive a call or text regarding a cancellation, delay, or change in plans. At that point, I decided not to follow up further and instead chose to move on and use another provider.
