Consumers BEWARE! Josh Taylor was a family friend and has done work for us previously. This year he sent someone who wasn't qualified to power wash. 4 years ago, I had a $120,000.00 inground pool put in with a ton of concrete with beautiful, stamped concrete around the pool. This person he sent used a circular head attachment on my stamped concrete and destroyed one section of my pool (and didn't say anything to me when he left). Which if you do power washing for a business you would know this. I only found the issue when I went outside to the pool. Josh denied that he could have done anything. He said his concrete guy (who he said is a professional for 15 years and everyone raves about him) could come and fix it as he has fixed stamped concrete before. Being a family friend that grew up around us, I said I would pay them to fix it. I understood that the color would be different, BUT my 6-year-old grandson could have done a better job fixing this then this person. I told Josh that this fix was horrible. Plus, whatever tools he brought in to fix this caused addition picks in the concrete. UGH!!! So, what does Josh do but say this, and I'll quote him, "I'm sorry your not happy but this would be the last job I do for you and I'm sure you'll be able to find someone to meet your expectations from here on out. And I can't help it your concrete guy whoever poured that concrete did a shitty job". (Mind you this was a custom inground pool). He then blocked me and my son from Facebook and phones. So immature! If he would do this to us, I can imagine what he would do to other people! Stop and think twice before hiring someone who doesn't stand behind their work. If you look at other yelp reviews, it looks like this is the norm for him. I have recently had a really good mason come and fix the pool. He was definitely a professional!
