I was looking to have someone come to blow the roof and clean the gutters. in both person and via text, I was very explicit that about the gutters and that they have older guards on them and would need to be slid out to clean the gutters - so I was clear that the gutters needed to be cleaned. Micheal quoted me $120 for what I thought was a fair price for what I had asked for IN WRITING. The tech comes out to do the service and is here less than 20 minutes! I go half way up on a ladder and the tech did nothing but blow off my roof - no gutter cleaning at all. When I contacted Michael, he was slightly argumentative and then copped that "there had been a miscommunication". Just beware of what you ask for and what's actually done with this company. You can find people to blow off a roof for way less than $120!

Ground around the house cleared of the junk blown down and out too. Lucked out too. Called late morning on Monday and left message on Robbie's phone. I was expecting a callback before the EOB but then... Shazam! before I knew it there he is placing his ladder. Turns out he was finishing up another job just a few blocks away when my message came through. Not everyone will get same day service (puffing out chest whilst writing this), but A-1 gets there soon and does quick, quality work of it. I'll be using them again the next time 'round.

He was able to get out here the first day I reached out to take a look at the space and provide a quote. Justin was then able to fit me in faster than any of the other Power Washer I reached out to. He wasn't the cheapest, but his quote was very reasonable. I also really loved that they removed my patio items for me. I didn't have to worry about rushing around in the morning moving everything off of my patio. That was a big help to me and worth paying the bit extra for. I wish I had taken a before photo because the place was a hot mess, as you can see from the after photo it looks as good as new. Just be aware if your deck is a bit older the power washing will take up a bit of paint here and there that was already on it's way out. It's also amazing how much of my patio was being held together by dirt and not actual grout. Would definitely call them to power wash my patio/deck again next year and would hire them to do the house if it needs it down the line.

Josh provided an estimate for us and identified areas to improve water flow that the builder didn't think of. The estimate was detailed and a fair quote provided. We had to put the gutter project on hold due to other priorities that popped up but when I reached out again, Josh was quick to respond and update the quote. The 3 person crew came out and did an excellent job installing 6 inch gutters with gutter guards. The team showed up as promised and got to work. They cleaned up after and the new gutters look great.
