One worker even told me I needed to repaint my whole house when I pointed to a dirty spot on the siding. I wiped it clean with a damp paper towel after they left -- it just hadn't been cleaned. They claimed they wouldn't wash if paint was coming off, yet continued anyway, causing damage to my windows, awning, and even roof shingles. When I contacted Merida to resolve things, she was rude, dismissive, and blamed everything on me, despite photo evidence. I had placed a stop payment on my check hoping we could work things out, but Merida cashed it anyway while still refusing responsibility. I ended up spending hundreds to repair the damage. Poor communication, bad workmanship, and zero accountability. I do not recommend this company.

I received a schedule for every visit they will make for the next year (approximately four times per year each for interior and exterior) with the specific services that they would perform each time. So far, they have been very prompt, good at communication, and the services have been absolutely meticulous. Small hiccups were resolved quickly. In addition to the indoor basics (window cleaning, carpet cleaning, wood floor cleaning, granite cleaning, tile and grout cleaning), they do a lot of little things like change lightbulbs and clean lighting fixtures and ceiling fans. Outdoor, they clean gutters, power wash driveway, roof and house, and do windows. They did a fantastic job power washing my decks and screened porches. They were also very tolerant of my animals and never acted annoyed when I had to move them from room to room to allow the team to continue cleaning. I was hesitant to sign up for the service because it is a lot of money. But the high quality and easy scheduling I believe makes it worth the money. You do not have to be on the phone chasing after guys to come over, you do not need to worry about no-shows. And the work has been just fantastic. The carpet guy removed stains that professional carpet cleaners have not been able to get off for years, simply by taking his time and using different products until he got some thing to work. Josh provided an estimate for us and identified areas to improve water flow that the builder didn't think of. The estimate was detailed and a fair quote provided. We had to put the gutter project on hold due to other priorities that popped up but when I reached out again, Josh was quick to respond and update the quote. The 3 person crew came out and did an excellent job installing 6 inch gutters with gutter guards. The team showed up as promised and got to work. They cleaned up after and the new gutters look great. The front of our 11 year old townhouse had two large bent gutters but we had budgeted for full replacement on the front because of age. Bill inspected front and back and told us the other gutters were fine and he could use a color on the new gutters that was close enough you can't tell the difference. He also took the time to explain to me why paying extra for leafguards wouldn't work in our roof configuration. He was right on both counts so we saved about 2/3s of what we expected to pay AND when he came back to install it only took about 2 hours start to finish. Highly recommend Triangle gutters.

We scheduled our appointment with him in January and we were given a date of our appointment in February. We were patiently waiting for our appointment to come, but on the day of our appointment nobody showed up and no phone call was made to notify us of the cancellation. We had to contact Dan O'Neal about our appointment and ask him if he is still coming. In return we got a response from him" having some equipment issues will have to be later this afternoon". Half of the day went by and no response from Dan again. We contacted Dan again to see if he was still coming and got another response from him " I not sure will let u no soon". One week passed by and no response from Dan O'Neal. It looks like on the day of broken equipment issue many customers posting great reviews of their services being done??? I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap is not always the best, we wasted all day waiting for Dan O'Neal that never came. After "no call no show" We found out that there are many other great local power washing companies with great communication, professional and very competitive on their pricing.

But they…read moretore the heck out of the plank they made a cut through with a multi tool- scratching and marring the area all around their ragged, poor quality cut. Really shoddy work and just terrible. They also repitched the gutters to the extreme just dropping the ends to make quick work of it and so they look terrible. They then left out gutter wedges that I then had to call them about and convince them to come back out to put back in. They said via phone I wasn't missing any but I was standing under my gutters at the time and looking up at the gutters and could see them missing. The crew also left garbage from the project around my house. The scrap from cutting out the gutters for downspouts was just left on the ground, the park of the deck they cut out they just dropped on the ground. Really really poor quality work overall.
