I called two other companies which were close to my location and one guy came without his tape measure when he came back I never heard anything back from them .. the other company said they would come out and never did... they called and said they weren't coming out until a week later.... Even though this company had a bad review, I went with them anyway... I must say that Mr. Carroll came out with everything to show me what they would use... Luis was so prompt with coming out to survey the work and give me an Estimate. Great Customer Service throughout the project. The roof repair/installation crew was prompt, attentive, efficient and worked great together as a team. Even their cleanup was amazing - 29 squares of shingles removed and installed and I only found 1 roofing nail after they left (down in an expansion joint in the driveway)! The interior repair/painting crew made all of the ceilings look absolutely new again - even the 2 with "popcorn" texture. Would I use LA Roofing again? Absolutely! Have already recommended them to several friends.
