DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I hired Floor Pro to perform a deep cleaning on my hardwood floors. The service was contracted with the understanding that the work would involve only a steam/deep cleaning and no resurfacing or sanding. The agreed-upon price for this service was $450, which I considered reasonable given the scope of the job. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was severely deficient. Upon completion, the floors appeared incomplete, with visible damage in multiple areas. Specifically, the protective coating was stripped away in patches, and there are at least four sections where the wood itself has been excessively abraded or sanded, resulting in exposed flakes, splinters, and uneven surfaces. In contrast, other portions of the floor showed no evidence of having been cleaned at all. I contacted Floor Pro to inspect the damage and requested a resolution. In response, they proposed to repair the issues by buffing and sealing the entire downstairs floor at a discounted rate of $6,200. This offer raises serious concerns about their business practices, as it appears to escalate a simple cleaning job into a far more extensive and costly repair. I cannot help but question whether the initial damage was intentional, designed to coerce customers into additional, higher-priced services. This experience has left me with damaged floors and a significant loss of trust in the company. I'm so sick of these companies trying to extort people. Tried to arrange for upholstery cleaning for a sofa. Specifically indicated it was a sectional SOFA (in writing and over the phone) they indicated it would be $125. They show up, oh no sectionals r $225. Why didn't they indicate that at the time of the call when they called to confirm and we spoke about the sectional. So instead of them making good on their quote and their "misunderstanding" They left! Would have paid if they had been honest from the beginning! Think twice about business with this co! read more

I called to get a quote for hardwood cleaning and was told I needed to have a technician come out and give an estimate, but that the base starting price was $350. The technician came and told me my space didn't even reach the sq footage for the base price which is $450. I explained to him that I was told the base price was $350 and I can tell I caught him off guard and he says oh it may be I'll have to call the office. It's an automatic no for me. Companies and their employees are just so unprofessional and all about money. It's rare to get good genuine customer service. Response to Larry the owner: You're exactly right your company isn't a fit for my expectations, which is why you're not getting my business. That's common sense. As a business owner you should focus on your own company. My experiences with any other businesses has nothing to do with you. Your response only is proving just how unprofessional you are Larry! Fast response to online inquiry - appointment within 2 days. Communication was over and above expectations. Servicemen arrived promptly; clean and professional appearance. They were quick but thorough and friendly. My carpets were left clean and all stains removed. Had a great experience with Floorpro. Hired them to refinish 12-year-old worn hardwood floors. The workmanship was excellent; our floors look as good (or better) than when new. The company provided a timely and accurate estimate, sent us a photo of the technician who would perform the work, and then allowed us to inspect and approve the work before settling with them on the bill--all done effortlessly, which is a plus. We heartily recommend Floorpro for any hardwood work. They also do carpeting--and do it well if the hardwood flooring experience is any indication. Give them a call--ask for Larry. He took the time to walk us through the process while giving the estimate, advised us on quarter-rounds (the little moldings where the floor meets the walls), and other options for us to select from. He valued our input but also did not hesitate to suggest other (better?) options where we were uncertain. He made the process simple and effortless for us. And he did a bang-up job bringing the floors back to life. We cannot rate this company too highly. read more

SO impressed with this business' service! I started looking for a carpet cleaning quotes with availability to come out within 48 hours. They were very quick getting me a quote and providing me very detailed information. On the day of your service, they even send you a confirmation text with a picture of your technician for safety purposes. Jimmy was amazing! He was very fast (5 areas in less than 60 mins) and my carpet was pretty much dry right after he was finished (though they do recommend about 6 hours). He was able to quickly take my payment by credit card and I immediately got an invoice in my email. Would definitely recommend and use again! read more

They were quick to respond to my voicemail, able to work us in within a short time frame, and did a fantastic job of cleaning everything we asked for. We had high hopes of this company helping us out, but ended up not. We have 3 rugs that our dogs had ruined with stains so we reached out to Floor Pro, since they said they could help with soiled rugs. When my husband called to set up an appointment he told them that the rugs were really solied from our dogs and they set us up for their technician to come out to our house and clean them there. After the rugs were "cleaned" they smelled worse, so bad that we had to move them outside because we couldn't take the smell anymore. We called back the next day to explain the situation and that we weren't happy, the co-owner told us that the cleaning solution that they use takes up to 72 hours, so we waited. I gave those rugs a full week of being aired out and they still stunk. At this point we felt pretty ripped off! We called back again and requested some type of refund or another cleaning. The co-owner said she was going to reach out to the technician and owner and call me back. After she spoke with the technician, she said that the tech told my husband before he started that he recommended that he takes the rugs to their warehouse for a deep cleaning and that my husband didn't want to pay the extra money, just clean them at the house. That conversation never happened!!! I do believe the tech is just covering, to save his own self. So at this point we are very upset and its now our word versus his. The company didn't help us out any, didn't apologize and definitely didn't offer any type of refund. They even tried to tell us to pay them more for the deep cleaning at their warehouse!! We will never recommend this company and will not be using them again!! Major disappointment!!! read more
