So, I called and left a voice message with my address. He did not respond to my call and did not show up for the appointment. Just wanted people to know about the change in management and that, at this point I would steer clear of this company, it is not what it apparently used to be. Update: I just received a call from the son. He was angry with me for commenting about the problems and told me it wasn't his fault because his boss would not let him leave his job. Basically sounds like the business is not his priority. He also told me he could not call me because he did not want to upset his boss. Bottom line, if he has time he will take care of your yard. But his job comes first, not the company.
