Thrilled Beyond Belief! I contacted Lalo at Heavenly Touch yesterday about cleanup and tree/trimming at 2 rental properties in Casa Grande. After his thorough and reasonable estimate, and that he could start "tomorrow", I was very pleased, open communication! The first property, I pulled up about 8am, and his crew had already finished! Looked beautiful! Thorough, detailed trimming of all bushes, trees, yard blown, weeds sprayed with proper emergent, etc. Second property needed more trimming, palm trees, cacti, etc. I will say there are not many companies in Casa Grande that seem "happy to be in business" - one I contacted texted me back "we are not interested, thank you" Good for them. Another landscaper I used for 6 years before ghosted me for 2 WEEKS! I found out that they only focus on commercial work - sheesh, why didn't they just tell me? Moved into a new property in Casa Grande and realized that the irrigation system was not watering all the plants in the yard. Contacted Lalo (recommended by someone on Nextdoor) and he made an appointment to come the next day. Showed up when he said he would with a crew, figured out the problem quickly, quoted us a price and got the whole system working well. He worked with the boys and they did a great job cleaning up after they were done. A few weeks later I noticed some water on the block wall after the system was on and worried that one of the hoses has split or something. He sent out one of the guys within 10 minutes (he was close by) and he found what was happening, adjusted the head and did not charge us for the visit. I would recommend him as it is hard to find a landscaping company that sticks to the price they quote you, and actually show up when they say they would! read more

After multiple unsuccessful attempts to get some yard maintenance done in our front and back yards, everyone we called either would not respond or show up, we found Heavenly Touch Landscaping. By this time, our yards were severely overgrown and needed major maintenance. Lalo gave us a fair estimate for what needed to be done and agreed to put us on a regular monthly maintenance schedule. The owner LALO came and gave a great bid on the job, then as he promised, he and his crew ( Anthony and Daniel) showed up on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up everything as if nothing had been where the tree once stood. My neighbor had Heavenly Touch for years. I tried them and was not satisfied with their work as they weren't consistent on when they said they were showing up and they only appeared to do the minimum. So I changed companies. I asked my neighbor (who we get along with very well) if she could have Heavenly Touch trim back the branches that are hanging over our yard. Well they came in and cut two of her trees almost vertically in half and cut off 1/4 of one of my tree's that is eleven feet from my fence! They had to have reached way over from my neighbors fence to do that or enter my yard without me knowing it to hack up my tree. I don't know if that was an accident or if they did that on purpose. The scheduling lady is so rude. I called and left a message. After a week, I called again. A woman returned my call and lectured me. She told me "the outgoing message here says I will return calls in 24-48 hours" and repeated this. I didn't tell her it was a week later, just didn't use them . I have no idea if the landscaper was good or not. read more

Enjoyed meeting these people but they haven't showed up today. I made a email to verify the day they were coming and also to aske them to do a little better. I had them trim shrubs in som big pots and they just went around the pots on the sides and front instead of just pulling the pot out a little to get around the back of the pots . I have a feeling that's why they haven't showed up. I wasn't unhappy but it seems like we have a break down in communication. read more
