Will Bayne, LMT is my massage therapist. He is professional and discreet and I have always felt comfortable in his sessions. He is laid back and easy to make conversation with. Megan Byzewski, ME has been doing my eyelash extensions and event make up sessions. She is a rock star in bringing out your features! Two of my profile photos faces are 'by Megan' and a third shows the incredible Nova Lash extensions. She also applied my one and only spray tan. (I have fair skin, so its a lot of work for me to try and maintain.) She was discreet and the application was flawless and lasted the timeframe she said it would. I am drawing a blank on the two gals who I have seen for pedicures and manicures ( I don't get to go in as often for these services), hopefully I can adjust my review when I remember. But as you might guess, they are amazing too! Fun and easy to chat with! The front desk is the "A Team". They are incredibly friendly on the phone and in person. They remember your name, always offer a warm hello and good bye. The appointment reminder text alerts a day before your appointment are incredibly handy! Location and hours are convenient and easily accessible. All services are upstairs, however, there is an elevator if you don't feel like making the trek up two flights of stairs. Pricing is reasonable. I had a consultation scheduled for 4:30 PM and left work early to make the appointment. I arrived, checked in, and was sitting in the waiting room when, at approximately 4:35 PM, the receptionist informed me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because the consultant I was supposed to see had already left for the day. What was most frustrating was the lack of a clear explanation. I was not contacted beforehand, despite being physically present for my appointment. The only reasons I was given were that the consultant had left early and that their scheduling system is still new. Neither explanation helped me understand why my appointment was canceled after I had already arrived. I now have to wait another week for an appointment, which is incredibly inconvenient. When I asked how often this kind of situation happens, the receptionist acknowledged that it does happen, although supposedly not often. When I asked how I could be assured that my rescheduled appointment would not be canceled as well, I was told that the nurse could text me the day before to confirm whether she would still be available. Frankly, that was not reassuring. This was my first interaction with DripBar, and it left me with the impression that the office is unprofessional, disorganized, and careless with patients' time. Everyone's schedule is valuable, and canceling an appointment after the patient has already arrived--without a clear explanation or meaningful reassurance that it won't happen again--is not acceptable. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication practices, because this experience did not inspire confidence.
