We worked with Lynell and she was so fabulous! From the beginning at our tasting, to the planning during a pandemic, to the actual wedding day, she was so wonderful to work with. Our wedding attendant was so amazing as well, and always knew when we needed a drink (and saved my husband the last of his favorite craft beer). RM gave us to-go boxes at the end of the night, we barely had time for dinner, so that turkey sandwich saved us at 3 am! They even packaged up two slices of wedding cake that we took on our honeymoon, it was so delicious! The decor we rented through RM was everything I ever envisioned the day to be, I was in shock all day at how gorgeous everything looked, seeing my vision come to life with their help setting up. Thank you Russel Morin for everything, we highly recommend working with their team for your wedding!

We had the watermelon amuse bouche and our group is still talking about it! Every plate of every course was plated and presented perfectly. The service team was terrific, so professional and went out of their way to provide the best possible service. They were able to set up an amazing atmosphere in our space and pivot and problem solve to produce a wonderful dining experience.The meal was beautifully served and their efficient service was so warm and friendly that no guest felt rushed. Their Senior Experience Specialist worked diligently to get us our ideal menu and meet our needs. From deciding a menu, to food to setup to service it was a truly fantastic experience and they are so committed creating your ideal event.

I had to hire another planner who did the job in 3 weeks. I hired Veronica in May for my baby's birthday and 7 months later still nothing was done and she refused to give me back my money. She then texted me extremely threatening texts almost 3 months after my event to remove my one star review or she will sue me. She would then block me and then unblock me and continue to send threatening messages. This woman wants to keep her shady business practice behind wraps. She also threatened me about someone else leaving her a bad review. Her google reviews are mainly all one star reviews. She is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Oh and she kept my money and did no work for what I paid her for. Keep that in mind. Google her. There is nothing but bad things written about her all over the internet let alone her google reviews. Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!! I highly recommend her and her team. In conclusion: Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

Our wedding planning was plagued…read morewith constantly changing COVID regulations and I was full of anxiety about how our big day would go. Allison and Sarah could not have been more comforting and proactive. Over email, phone, and video call, they put my mind at ease and I felt so prepared the day of my wedding, no matter what restrictions were in place. Allison could not have done a better job the day of. She built a great rapport with my family, bridal party, and the venue's event manager to ensure the day ran smoothly. She knew the schedule and set up like the back of her hand. When the timing of certain day-of activities changed last minute, she made sure to let me know of the changes and the night went on without issue. If it were not for COVID and my anxieties around how it would affect our wedding I likely would not have looked for an outside coordinator- our venue did provide one that began to work closely with us (and Allison) in the month or so before the wedding and I truly believe she would have done a comparable job in the day-of execution. But it's the long term commitment to the planning process that makes Without a Hitch special. And while our venue did not host many weddings during COVID, Without a Hitch planned so many, and had the experience and suggestions that made the wedding feel as normal as it possibly could. For any of my friends planning weddings at a less conventional venue or just want more support, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Without a Hitch, and more specifically Allison!

Thank god our venue owner suggested I get in contact with Sonya. Not only was she half the price of other day of coordinators that I contacted; she provided three times the amount of service, basically acting as my wedding planner. During the months leading up to the big day, she'd check in at least once a week via email to ask questions about the timeline, the decor, the vendors, or the seating chart, all the while maintaining an upbeat attitude and fostering excitement about the progress I was making. We met twice in person so she could go over everything with the owner of the wedding venue and our photographer. This all may sound standard, so here's where Sonya went above and beyond her contract: - Right before the wedding, she let us store a ton of items at her house, and she even moved them over to the venue for us without being asked - She provided items like coolers, photo props, vases, and flowers from her own garden free of charge - She arranged for us to buy a few items like candle holders from another bride she was working with, half price - She arrived at the venue at 8 in the morning the day of the wedding, and left shortly before midnight, bringing her husband to act as an assistant - also free of charge. She helped us decorate the tent, she hauled ice, and she picked up more alcohol when the bar ran out earlier than expected. What I mean to say is - we never could have pulled off our wedding without Sonya's tireless efforts. Thanks to her, we had the most beautiful, joyous, stress-free day of our lives. All I heard were compliments about the details of the day from guests that were impressed by Sonya's handiwork. Any bride would be extremely lucky to have Sonya in her corner. Sonya showed up with a huge smile and a massive dose of positive energy and common sense. She was a non-stop work horse and gave her all to make sure Juliana and Andrew were happy, on time, and as stress free as humanly possible. Even before the wedding, Juliana was raving about her awesome wedding planner. I even befriended her on facebook! She rocks!
