Over that time, I had about ten different people come out for estimates. Some turned the job down entirely, and others gave quotes that just weren't reasonable. We were getting frustrated and about ready to give up. Then, this past Thursday, while driving my son to work, my wife noticed a crew cutting trees in someone's yard. She stopped, asked if they had a flyer, and brought it home to me. It was Tree Lyfe. Expecting the usual runaround, I called the number for an estimate. To my surprise, Mike came out the very next day, right on time. I explained the full scope of the job, and after listening carefully, he gave me a quote that was more competitive than anything I had seen so far. I immediately told my wife. She was a little hesitant at first, wondering if the lower price might mean lower quality. But I asked her how the neighbor's yard looked after their job and she said it looked great. They had even neatly cut and stacked all the debris for city pickup. That sealed it. I called Mike back and asked how soon they could do the job. He said he could get it done that weekend. Sure enough, on Saturday, Mike, Robert, and Jimmy showed up on time and got right to work. Every one of them was incredibly polite and professional. They completed all the cutting in one day, then came back the next day to thoroughly clean up, cut, and stack all the debris. I am beyond impressed with Tree Lyfe. They treated my property with the same care and attention I imagine they'd give their own homes. I took photos and videos while they worked and the results speak for themselves. Brandons removed 2 of my neighbors trees. They removed all the debris from what they did take out…read more Problem is, they left the 2 stumps. One was about 1 1/2 ft. tall and the other was about 2 1/2 ft. tall. They left the stumps because the trees were in a rock bed and the tall stump supposedly had a wire fence grown into it. My neighbor asked me if I could take the stumps down to ground level. I moved the rock (which wasn't much) from around the base of the stumps and pulled the fence away from the other stump. The taller stump did not have any fence growing into it like they said. I removed both stumps with my 16"Stihl chainsaw. The picture file was too large to upload.. Also, they parked their crane on her driveway and broke her new concrete. The only thing they offered her for the broken concrete was to remove the broken pieces for her.
