When the driver backed the truck up to the gate, he smashed a young tree on my property; it was easy to see and easy to avoid, but he was careless. I called the owner, and no sooner had I told him what happened than he started blaming my neighbor for having them go around the back. What, it wasn't his employee driving the truck? All I wanted to do was let him know it happened so he could tell his crew to be more careful, if he'd apologized and offered to replace it I'd have turned him down because it hadn't cost me much and it looked like it would be ok. Instead he acted like a tool... not the behavior of a reputable businessman. Use someone else.

Instead they decided, after I requested a replacement, to glue it back together with JB Weld. They said they couldn't find the same model on eBay. Weeks past. I withheld payment. They delivered the glued tv and I paid them wanting to settle the issue. A few weeks later the tv separated from its base falling monitor first on the floor. I called the company and their response was "we will call you back". I called back, they didn't. It's been over 5 months. Good company if you don't encounter any problems.

The final cost actually came in a little bit under the low-end of the quote. It was a townhouse move to a Second floor condo in a neighboring city. The guys showed up a few minutes late (nothing horrible), and they worked like crazy. I mean really fast. They were all super nice! I wasn't quite done packing they said let us take whatever we can because it is easier for us than you. And, boy was that right. My advice to you if your moving when it gets close to the day just throw the rest of your stuff in boxes, because he was right it was easier for them than for us. Highly recommend these guys. You never want to hear the moving crew say "we should have brought a bigger truck." The quote was around $2500-$2800, but we were only charged about half of that because they ran out of truck before we ran out of stuff. One of the movers told me they didn't like moving televisions, couldn't I just take that 80" TV in my car because they didn't have the proper equipment with them to move them. They made one load and we spent the next 4 days lifting and moving stuff in our vehicles--something we tried to avoid by hiring movers. This service was not worth the high cost of having to move things ourselves. We had used the service twice before, but never again.

In addition, they left the damn lock on the thing so we couldn't access it until Saturday anyway and were there trying to unload on Friday night and couldn't.
