From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

I have countless items BROKEN and DESTROYED. The first crew…read morewho showed up, left two hours later. And the crew who came to finish the job asked us for water and food. They haphazardly packaged our belongings into our storage units. Two boxes of candles that were wrapped in paper - broken. Probably $200 in candles destroyed. They also stuffed our $500 Yeti cooler with candles after the dropped a box of candles. Thanks for that. An antique mahogany vanity - destroyed. A box of antique depression glass champagne coupes - shattered. I am afraid to go through my antique China collection. I have no doubt at least half is broken which is a huge blow to my business. I continue to find items broken that were properly packed. You would think Ace Venture worked for this joke of a moving company. And they charged us $2000 to move our two bedroom apartment into storage. Only to break so many things. I strongly do not recommend.

The manager at the storage unit where they took my things called me and told me they were drunk and broke his main gate because they were so drunk they couldn't find the code. Called for packing take, called for boxing items, called constantly instead of reviewing my items and giving me a quote for the job it was a daily harassment for money. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want broken and damaged items and being harassed daily for money.
