She seems to have infinite patience, is always super kind, and knows every detail of the services offered by her location. And really, that's all you can ask in a storage place. The units themselves are clean and mostly well-maintained, however some do have sticky doors. One unit had a broken light, however maintenance issues are addressed quickly. The entire property is also kept very clean. I'm deducting a star for two reasons: first (and this may simply be the nature of the industry), there is absolutely no consistency in unoccupied unit pricing from one month to the next. What comes up as $100/mo one month may be $190/mo the next month. Half a star off for a lack of predictability. The other half comes off for one simple reason: EXTREMELY limited parking at the front office. There are few spaces, and the ones that are there are quite tight.
