I rented a small climate-controlled unit in 2013 after my mother sold her home because she required 24/7 care. I needed to store a few family heirlooms and some other items until I could get the chance to move them to my home in Buffalo NY. Christy and the other staff were always so polite and exceptionally helpful whether I interacted with them in person or over the phone. Despite going through a couple of hurricanes, there were no issues with my unit or its contents. The facility was spotless and all the lights were working every time I visited the unit over the years. To be honest I was skeptical about the area because that part of Azalea can be sketchy but the unit and facility was very clean, well lit and secure. Clean facilities and manager made sure I was happy with unit. They have 7 day access for flexibility. I used the website to browse pricing and units available and received callback within a few minutes. The only negative thing I can think of is they make you buy one of their core locks (19.99) instead of using your own. But I'm sure it's more secure this way. Overall great experience. read more
