They did replace the TV with an off Brand. They damage my wife bureau and Spencer himself. gave us his word, he would replace it. That was a week ago. Called and left a message, NO return call. I also rented a trailer to take the lawn mover, power washer, plants, and food, and all the hanging clothes and they still ran out of room. They sent out a van to finish and was told they were going to charge double to unload, I called the supervise and asked how to cut this cost and he said we could help unload, I had a couple of friends to help, it took us 2 1/2 hrs but then was told it was a 3 hr minimum and was charged an extra $800 for their mistake. I had all the boxes labeled to what room and they put them where ever they found a spot to drop them off. I have a sleep # bed (and I asked them before the move to make sure they could move this and set it up at the new house) It does not work and had to have the sleep # come out to reinstall it which cost $250. This company is a big SCAMMER, DO NOT USE THEM

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with All My Sons Moving Company…read more They arrived three hours late without proper communication. While packing up my old apartment, they broke the living room light fixture and did not fix it or take responsibility. When we arrived at my new place, I was suddenly told I would be charged $1,000 for only eight items. This was never clearly communicated beforehand. I felt like I had no choice but to pay because they were essentially holding my belongings hostage until payment was made. It only got worse from there. When unloading, they told me one of the dressers was "too heavy" and that I would need to unload it and bring everything inside myself because they weren't going to do it. I paid a moving company to move my belongings -- not to do the labor myself. Once everything was inside, I discovered: * My dining room chair was completely broken and unusable * My couch had two holes in it * One of my dressers had a front leg completely snapped off They didn't offer to pay for any of the damage just said they would contact the workers and get back with me. They claimed the dresser was already damaged when they arrived, which is absolutely untrue. I have pictures proving it was not damaged beforehand. I contacted their supervisor as instructed and sent photos. He was no help at all and simply responded with "sorry" while insisting I had been told the pricing -- which I was not. The entire interaction felt dismissive and incredibly unprofessional. This company was late, damaged my property, overcharged me without proper communication, and refused to take accountability. I am highly disappointed and extremely frustrated with how this company is managed. I strongly recommend choosing another moving company.

Now they are saying they may not be able to do the move. Since they confirmed they could do the move, we transferred our electricity to the house we just bought. So the electricity turns off. Today. I've been on hold for 13 minutes.... I'm so disappointed and annoyed.

After only my first session, I was blown away at the difference it made in not just my sons room, but my mental health as well. They do not waste any time whatsoever during your sessions and go over and beyond your expectations. If you don't have it, they can supply it, if you need it moved, they'll move it, and if something needs to be put together, they'll do that as well, and even haul off things that need to be thrown away or donated!
