Happy to say I had a great experience with Collin and the hitch install I had completed on my vehicle! What I noticed during my experience and what is driving me to write this review is the following. 1. Great communication! There was an issue with getting the particular hitch I needed delivered to the store on time (not their fault). Collin was proactive in communication. Kept me appraised of what was happening, and took responsibility (again, this was out of his control but he took personal responsibility as I would expect from a leader) 2. Great customer service! I hung out at the store while I they installed the hitch. There were a couple of customers that came in with issues that could have been a negative experience if not handled properly. That was not the case here. The staff and Collin exemplified customer service and each issue was cared for swiftly and without any problem. 3. Great staff and a tight ship! Everyone seemed to be in a good mood, engaged with their customers, and high energy all during the rush of a Saturday morning at a U-Haul shop.

i've rented for one-way four times in the last six years from U-Haul. It wasn't until this recent…read moreexperience that I realized that the U-Haul corporation has changed our policies to take money from their customers and I will not ever use them again. I returned my U-Haul trailer two days early and they said oh they no longer give refunds on one-way They also tried to charge me for 2 gallons of gasoline when I left it at the same location, which was 9/16 of a tank. They also tried to charge me for a fee. I had to take pictures to check it back in, but they did not provide me any pictures saying that they were unhappy with the cleanliness, even though I've returned it in the same state with the same quick sweep that I've done every other time. The U-Haul truck specifically the identified one that I rented was gone the next morning, which means not only did they take the entire amount and refused to give me a credit, but then they re-rented it, which is double dipping. These large companies are taking advantage of customers and I think it's time that we start making sure that we show them with our buying power that we do not want to deal with unethical companies I have rented from enterprise three times this year alone without the same trouble and I've always got a credit back if I return it early whether it was one way or return. May I suggest you go to budget, enterprise, even Home Depot will rent you a truck but whatever you do if you don't fleeced in your pocketbook, find an alternative source to U-Haul

The associate refused to start the billing process even though we had arrived on time with necessary documentation. The owner/manager was very unhelpful and disinterested in helping me while I was attempting to deal with a significant injury I had just had while using U-haul equipment. I'm now trying to deal with an erroneous additional $123+ double charge on my checking account.
