Today I moved out, 7 days before the end of the month, moved to another place 2.5 miles away, exactly the same size unit 10x10, indoors climate control for 96 bucks a month! Guaranteed not to increase more than 15 dollars a year. So im not sure who they are competing with to keep their rates consistent with. The place across from them literally you can see it from their parking lot is 110 a month for same 10x10. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM- IF YOUR IN THIS PLACE MOVE OUT- SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!
