Thalia and her husband were great, and even stayed late on a Saturday to get me registered in my unit on the day I drove from Fort Leavenworth, KS. The best part was when I was ready to clear the unit... very simple, and no tricks. I always expect businesses to screw me in the fine print with some kind of 30-day notice or other BS. Not the case here. Fair, honest, and easy. Great family owned business. I would definitely use them again.

They were all polite, no cussing and no drama, just GREAT TEAMWORK!! Steady busting a$$ and finished what was originally predicted to be a five-hour job down to three and a half hours. These guys were professional. They, again, arrived at our new home promptly, and while the team shrunk from five in MD to two in SC, still did great work. Just steady humping, taking no breaks, until the job was completed. Great attitudes and a better work ethic we couldn't have asked for. Originally, I was a little apprehensive about using them for a move of this distance (600+ miles), but my wife believed in them (we used them 11 years ago for a 10-mile relocation) and she was correct. FINALLY with our most recent move, I now know who to go to. Travelstead Transportation Group was an amazing choice and I highly recommend it to anyone that has the opportunity to choose a moving company. Starting with the coordinating over the phone, they were very professional with getting an estimate and scheduling a walkthrough to take a survey. Once we landed on a quote, the moving process was super seamless. The team showed up early and were ready to get started. Super professional and no surprises as they were very communicative with what they were doing, timelines, etc. They were even able to cut down some costs from the quote based on how they were able to consolidate some packing/supplies to not use as much (but without compromising safety of goods). After everything was said and done (finished with more than an hour to spare from the original quote), there were no damages and they assembled everything that they took apart. Don't get me wrong, the price tag is a bit high but with moving companies, you get what you pay for. I'd gladly pay that amount again for the level of service that was provided. Will definitely consider hiring again (hopefully I don't have to move again in the near future).
