I have complained to management many times and they just give you rat poison packs that are not helping because when the mice eat the poison they die somewhere within the unit or on your items. I recently went to get my fire pit out of my unit and the mice chewed a hole in the cloth covering bag and nested a family in there. Not to mention they continue to raise the monthly rental unit price.
