Had I known before truck was loaded to move things in would not have moved things. Even with moisture damp-dry things still became molded. Damp-dry was replaced once a month. So between the mold damage- cost of Damp-dry containers- cost of unit it was not a good deal.. lower cost than others to start but not at the end. Cut hand several times on the lock.. I left there with damaged hutch and cut hand. But did clean it out better than it was when I moved in.. if your not going to leave things in long or it's not wood your good. One more thing payments made on regular basis each month same time, received calls twice that on the DAY they normally get check they, didn't receive.. then the office said "But we did not have any mail, maybe because it wasn't normal postman." What, like why did you call wait till next day or two days after.. but the day we normally get it we didn't! Still wasn't late because I paid a month before each due date.

I also got quotes from 3 other flooring companies and Weickerts were either price comparable or more competitive. My only complaint with the process was in the period after the quote and prior to booking. I had some followup questions and left multiple messages for the estimator. After the 3rd message, I mentioned something to the receptionist and she had the owner of the company call me to address my questions. I ended up booking my floor refinishing during a promotion associated with Small Business Saturday. Not sure how often they offer discounts on services but definitely be on the outlook as I scored 25% discount off of quoted price.

I am not one to post negative reviews, and yet I feel that the best way I can be of service to our…read morecommunity is to inform others of the behaviors I experience with this company. This company backed through my lawn with their truck and ran over my light pole. Then they attempted to unload equipment and lost control of the heavy equipment, bashing into my garage door and leaving considerable damage. The upper panel of my garage door was knocked in and the door itself was pushed off the track. The landscapers did not knock on my door to let me know. They just walked away leaving broken glass all over my driveway. When I went to ask the landscapers what had happened, they pretended not to speak English. I contacted my HOA who contacted the company and the owner came out to look at the damage. He acknowledged the lawn job left by their truck and agreed to fix the light pole but claimed our garage door had previous damage and refused to pay for it or accept liability. This is insane considering the fact that our garage door had one small dent by the handle before they showed up. After they left the garage door was completely bashed in, severely dented and knocked off the track. The owner was rude and dishonest. He said his company was "self-insured" which my homeowners insurance later explained to me means that they have no insurance and pay all claims out of pocket. Today, over 2 months after the incident, the owner showed up smoking cigarettes and throwing butts in my front yard to replace the light pole. I will say, the new light pole looks decent. It was the only good thing this company has done. While the light pole has been replaced, they still refuse to pay for my garage door. It is going to cost me $2000 to replace my garage door. If you hire this company you are taking a risk. Their landscapers lack integrity and honesty and the owner is disrespectful. The landscapers are clearly are not well trained to use heavy equipment or drive safely. I highly recommend you save yourself the headache and find someone reputable.
