So, i've been looking around at several locations in the I.E. for a storage facility. I literally went to 7 different places! With that being said, I've decided to give my business to Extra Space Storage in Fontana. It's the location right across the street from Kaiser Permanente Hospital. The reason I ended up choosing them was because of the overall cleanliness of the whole facility and MORE importantly, the store manager, Steve. He was very friendly, informative, and patient and answered every question that I had for him. If you are looking to store some extra things at a storage facility, whether it'd be a few items or a whole room full of stuff, give this place a try. You won't have to look anywhere else! Finally moved my stuff out the storage this month. From the time I rented a storage - customer service and staff knowledge were on point, to setup online payment, regular payment reminders - worked out perfectly to remind me of automatic payments, to the day of moving out my stuff - Rebecca was extremely helpful in providing pertinent details of my storage and do's and don'ts. The only suggestion I have for future Storagers is to put a cover of some sort just under the door to prevent dust getting into your things. All my stuff was covered in dirt, found a spider on top of a box but mainly just lot of dirt. I highly recommend this Extra Storage Space to anyone in need. You will not regret it! read more

It's been a while since I used a storage unit. This facility is great! Ana and the team here are all very helpful. I used this facility because I'm moving into a new home. My move in date has been pushed back multiple times. I called Ana to see if they would be able to help me and provide me extra days since I've been pushed back a few times. They had cooperated with me and provided me a few days with no issues. On the day I'm moving out of the storage facility I had forgot my keys. They were able to get it open no issue. I highly recommend this storage facility! They employees here are very helpful! read more

Funny how things change. I was told at the beginning of this month that I was being evicted from this place, my unit, for no apparent reason at all. Can't be for non payment of rent, that has been an automated pay for the last 11 months. Couldn't be because I'm there all the time, I'm not. I initially rented this unit to store all of our Christmas decorations. Then some other stuff was added. I was contacted by telephone earlier this month and when I returned the call I was asked what my address was. I said the same as it has always been. Then I was asked did you receive the certified letter telling you that your lease has been terminated? WHAT??? Why? This was my response. No real answer was given, except I could never rent from Extra Space agan, and oh by the way your significant other is suspect in 2 locker/unit robberies. Again, all I could say is WHAT??? Today I received a "PRELIMINARY LIEN NOTICE" saying I hadn't paid rent. Um it is documented in banking statement, that yes, I did. Oh wait, when I checked on it, there was a deposit on the 18th of this month by Extra Space for the EXACT SAME AMOUNT I have removed monthly to PAY my fees. Funny, this is the Extra Space storage place that was RAIDED for renting to a gun runner earlier this month. I guess if they don't like you, they throw you out one year later. This is a review to say NEVER rent from them. Small Claims court may have a new case filed, as I was never late in paying, and saying things like your significant other is a suspect is a.form of defamation of character. Yes, he's different, yes he is even kind of weird, but he is no thief! read more

This place is HORRIBLE! I had stuff stolen right out my storage when I was loading my car literally within 5 minutes. When I notified management of the incident they didn't even seem to care and lied about not seeing anyone on outside cameras! Obviously my stuff didn't grow legs and walk out by itself! Even worst their insurance there doesn't even cover theft! This place is very unsafe and they don't even have cameras in the hallways? This place is a joke go anywhere but here. I guarantee you will have things taken from your storage, they have also had a ton of break in's here because of the alley being so close to the location easy to break in. read more

The facility is clean and the staff has been great. Azucena signed us up the same day that we called. Even though it was late, she showed me around and didn't make me feel rushed. When we needed to get a second unit, it was an equally pleasant transaction. I am happy to recommend this facility. They have done a great job for us. read more

I actually have a storage unit at the other Fontana location, and have had no real problems with my unit. The price is still reasonable although the rent has been raised a couple of times over the last 2 years. The units and the facility are clean and well kept and security is good. read more
