First impression of this local shipping store is good. Two guys helped me with a pre-paid return label from a company I bought clothes from and they explained the process of how shipping would be handled and they even handed me a receipt for tracking the return without asking. Something I usually have to ask for at other local shipping stores like this. I definitely plan on coming back for my shipping needs. read more

I love this store! Every time I've walked in there the staff has been super welcoming and helpful. Today Eric helped me find the most cost efficient way to send my package and saved me a bit a money. Owner is very friendly. I called to request a quote and stopped by during lunch time. I didn't realize it was lunch time but the owner didn't complain and was friendly and helped me pack my robot vacuum which was stressing me out since I needed to ship it out today. I feel like I go here at least 1-2x per week. At least lately over the past few mos. Always see the same 2 guys working. They are the nicest you'll ever come across when it comes to the service space. Trust and honesty go a long way in this type of business and these guys absolutely put their all into the service experience. It's pretty evident, and intentionally good. I'd consider myself a loyal customer at this point, and will continue going here for any shipping needs. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. Things get shipped quick. Super easy to drop off packages here without having to go to the post office! Person at the counter was friendly and quick. If you live in the Ontario Ranch area, you know how far an actual post office is (LOL). Just be mindful that because it's not a direct USPS, it takes a while for tracking to be updated. read more

The couple times I've been in the owner and staff have been super friendly and helpful. I LOVE that I can drop off my USPS packages here. I loath the trek to the closest USPS so this saves my sanity! Wow!! I haven't had customer service like this in 20+ years. I was carrying a heavy and oversized box to the front door and Eric ran from the back to help before I dropped anything. Told me to call them next time and if I have something oversized they will take it from your car as a courtesy. Eric helped me find a box for this oversized robotic vacuum I had to send back to the manufacturer. The guy was genuinely nice, attentive, fast moving and full of positive vibes! Needless to say, I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes and spent less than $10 to have them pack, box, secure and ship this 50 pound box. I had a shipping label so I can't speak as to the price on shipping but for packing items, I will definitely be coming back to this place. They didn't even charge me for tape or packing material like most other places. Truly appreciate you guys and stoked to see honest and caring businesses still exist in 2026.
